No access LAN via D7000 downloading

Hi all

I've been a happy customer until I discovered this problem. Now, I'm downloading a file of 110 MB on my Google Reader via the web, in time, I decide to do in my other PC via remote desktop, in my local network, and it does not work!

The D7000 is so busy to transfer this file which is not able to do anything else! What type of piece of engineering is it?

I suggest to read section 6 of the manual user "optimize Performance" and look at the QoS

Customer remote cannot access the server LAN via VPN

I'm a new palyer in ASA.

My business is small. We need to the LAN via VPN remote client access server.

I have an ASA5510 with version 7.0. I have configured remote access VPN and it can establish the tunnel with success. But I can not access the server.

Client VPN is 5.0.07.0290 version. Encrypted packages have increased but the decrypted packet is 0 in the VPN client statistics, after I connected successfully.

Next to the ASA, I show crypto ipsec sa, just deciphering the packets increase.

What, in particular, looking to sync with the Mac iCloud? If you mean things like Contacts, calendars, Notes, etc., then you want to go in under the  system preferences, click the iCloud and connect to iCloud there with your iCloud ID. Then select which items you want to sync'd via iCloud.

It is not you.

There has been changes. I don't really understand, but I have the same trouble of mobile platforms (passport and PlayBook).

Best I can suggest is play and find a method that works. For example, go to Bing.com and select Outlook. Connect to Microsoft and access email from here or try. Search the Hotmail from a search engine and look for a link of connection and try that.

If you find something that works, remember. I know I did, but I forget and understand each time.

Problem of peripheral access NAS via the VPN Site to Site

Hi all

I am facing a strange problem with a client. I use a VPN from Site to Site between two ASA 5505 to connect its network to ours to replikate between a NAS on his side and a NAS on our side. I use the same configuration with other guests and it works fine.

With this client, while I am able to ping the remote NAS and I have problems using SMB to connect via ssh (it works _sometimes_ but most of the time to access files via eplorer results in a timeout) and join the NAS Web portal (http and https, with https I can see the remote certificate of the SIN but the page does not load). These problems occur on both sides (our network-> NAS, customer network-> our NAS client)

I can access the NAS even without any problems other customers. ASA newspaper I see no connection blocked or whatever it is when this happens and the tunnel seems to work fine otherwise.

Any ideas how to refine the problem here?

It looks like you can run into problems with packets that are too big for your tunnel. Try to limit the size of TCP segment by putting the following on your ASA units:
```
 sysopt connection tcpmss 1360
```
Most VPN tunnels are not going to have an MTU (Maximum Transmission Unit) less than 1400 bytes, so the above should clean things up.

Windows 7 unable to access XP via the snap-snap-in mmc

Hello gentlemen,

The question that I have met is "Insufficient permissions" which tent to access remotely via the MMC, the Task Scheduler. I came to the conclusion that there is a compatibility issue of cross that I am under Win 7 and tries to access an XP machine. I can access the Task Scheduler on Windows 7 machines without any problem, but the XP machines give me an insufficient permissions error. I have the possible right plu admin for my domain, I excluded insufficient permissions and concluded with cross incompatibility.

Someone has encountered this same problem and/or found a fix for this. Thank you in advance!

The problem got worse. Subsequently, the system refused to even give me a sign on another wifi network other than that I'm a.

I leave the matter for a few weeks before I turned on the laptop.

I showed that I needed the Microsoft updates, after which the laptop worked like nothing happened.

Its a mystery of technology that I will never understand.

Unable to access company LAN via VPN

I have an ASA 5505 that I used to test run them the IPSec VPN connection after having studied the different configs and crossing the ASDM I get the same question that I can not receive any traffic.

The company LAN is on a 10.8.0.0 255.255.0.0 network, I placed the VPN clients in 192.168.10.0 255.255.255.0 network, 192 clients may not speak on the 10.8 network.

On the Cisco VPN client, I see a lot of packets sent but no receipt.

I think it could be to do with NAT, but the examples I've seen I think it should work.

I have attached the complete running-config, I might well have missed something.

As you can see, I have create a new pool, since you already have an interface in the 192.168.10.0/24 network, which affects VPN clients.

Once you have finished, connect the client and try:

Ping 10.8.127.200

It work?

Try to ping so another internal IP.

Can not access internet via wireless HTTP 404

I plugged a wireless (NetGear) adapter to my PC to be able to access the internet via the card my husband Verizon Wireless. He says that I'm connected to the internet, but the only thing I get when I try to connect to any site is error 404 web page not found. It's probably something simple, I need to set up on my desktop, but I can't find a way to solve this problem.

Thank you... I actually got a response via Widgetbox.com yesterday. I had to go to the workstation, Panel, network and Internet Options, Internet connections, connections and go to LAN settings and uncheck all checked it (the checked was something to do with a proxy server). And that's all that it was him - everything has worked correctly! Hope this helps someone else.

We use a PIX 515 as the hub of a LAN to LAN VPN as well as to access VPN Clinet. Using a multipoint configuration sites speaks (all PIX 501) are able to communicate with each other. However, the VPN to access the 515 client are not able to access the VPN sites has talked about. I think that it is due to the fact that put an end to all tunnels on the same interface of the PIX 515. Is there a way to allow the VPN CLient to communicate with the LAN VPN spoke?

Currently, it is not a good way to meet the requirements above. However, add us a new item (or rather, a restriction of relax) for the PIX 7.0 code (to be released in December/January) to allow clients VPN packets 'u-turn' on a Hub PIX to PIX spoke connected via Lan-to-Lan tunnels. The program 7.0 beta is about to begin (may have just begun) so if interested, please contact your local account engineer Cisco. Sorry for the news but help is on the way.
