No change recorded by the installer

My Dimension 5150 has successfully upgraded to W10 for a long time. Suddenly the Installer settings have been changed and cannot be reset. The clock setting is necessary and the (non-existent) disk is listed as Internal (should be OFF). Setting the values correctly, leave the installation program with the registration option involves a start without error messages. If this start is interrupted by F2 Setup poster him been worth corrected BUT shut down and restart presents the same error messages and the incorrect CONFIGURATION values. I tried to reinstall the (latest version A07) BIOS but the exe file does not start even though I'm using WMD. Is this a battery problem (the 3V clock battery)? I never changed it.

As I suspected the CMOS battery, I replaced it and the problem dispappeared. My Dimension 5150 works well with the W10. Thanks for you comments.

  • Button value change records in the structure of the event, but does not change appeaance?

    Hello world

A quick question... I hope someone can answer...

I have a code that uses a PS button within a structure of event to trigger a signal of AO... My code is below. The code works fine and the OD goes off when you press the button E-Stim... But when pushed the button does not change with reliability the appearance (i.e. of the gray 'off' red 'on' color)... Sometimes color changes; no other time not... If I remove the structure of the event and the survey button in the appearance changes as expected.

What is going on? I would like the button to change the colors on the user interface to indicate that it works... Should I programmatically control the color?

    Kind regards

    Jack

I guess that when query you the button you have some delay in your loop? Locking means that the button will change its value when you press it, then switch back to the original value once the value of the control has been used by the code. When you ask, this means that until he reaches the next iteration of the loop, but in the case where the structure that will happen immediately.

The default setting for the buttons to modify its behavior as in most of the application would be latch releasing. You then raise the event when the button of the mouse over the control. This also allows "drag" control if you push down on the subject, given that you do not release control in this case.

  • The installation fails after changing the position of my Docs

Installation fails for Adobe Reader after you download it in the installer. Then starts the installation but says 'Error install Adobe Reader', in detail: "the path to the program Documents or volume are not valid. Insert them again". I was messing around with letters of partitions before that. Just changed my CD of E, then my second partition to D fix the creation of D for my CD. And position changed from MY Documents to the D drive as always.

But I had a weird problem with libraries. They got removed, I tried to get back them and they do not appear. Then I clicked on them through start button, PICTURES, DOCUMENTS and all the quick links with Control Panel, and they appeared. I have fixed everything.

Not when I try to view the file 'in the browser"with any program, I can't make it work either.

    How can I solve this?

    OK I fixed it.

I created another account with administrative rights. Then I have everything copied from my last story (hopefully content office and more than two files) and removed the last account. The new account created new library records that have been broken before. EVERYHING work perfect.

I guess that it s related to some Adobe stores data in the My Documents folders.

    Thank you!

I checked the wifi and changed frequency (new modem, frequency change made no difference). The Board battery seems fine - all updates well. My computer is an iMac (2011), 3.1 GHz Intel Core i5, 8 GB 1333 MHz DDR3, with a new AMD Radeon graphics card. I recently installed a State strong 1 TB SATA drive and fitted with a LaCie Porsche 4 to USB for backup and a 4TB disk storage RAID LaCie drive.

I'm frustrated, having to come in my computer since my living room every 12 minutes to continue to listen to Spotify on my stereo system.

My guess is there a bug in the software of sleep in El Capitan, which disrupts his (I've tried different USB ports connect the Audioengine sender and same thing).

You don't need to install it, just whenever you face a problem, then visit:

And run the tools that doesn't solve your problem.

For your drive, you can run Disk Cleanup to free up space, if you have not already done.

  • Windows XP - programs try to install on drive D instead of c. not giving prompt to change the installation drive.

I try to run the installation on my new webcam and it tells me I don't have enough disk space, what is true on the D drive that should be reserved for the only programs of systems, my C drive where I want to install has over 140 GB of free space and my ram is 1.94 GB. During the installation it does not give me a prompt for what reader, I want the program must be installed. And I don't know how to change it to. C drive is where I want to this installer.

Do not have to change anything in car cause C was there all ready. I then tried to open the program files on the C drive and it gives me this error "program files is not accessible access is denied" any ideas?

Restart the computer in Safe Mode. See if you can access program files. If so, you probably some type of malware blocks your access and perhaps even changed your permissions.

In Control Panel, select clock, language and region.

wihin the area section click on change the location.

On the administrative tab, ensure that the colloquial language for programs no unicode as English (United States), click the button change if no change is required.

In tab Format to ensure that English was selected too.

Confirm any changes, restart your PC and check again, that the software should now appear as a result.

    Original title: updates

    Hello

It seems that the update was for graphics, as it changed the appearance

If the update is the problem, you will need to remove it or download and reinstall the graphics driver from your computer or the manufacturer of the graphical Web site map.

    _________________________________________

    Read this information about updates:

Microsoft gives sometimes you updates for the 3rd party hardware: graphics, network cards, etc.

You should only get the latest drivers for them to real hardware manufacturer's website, as Microsoft normally does nor those have the most recent drivers available as Microsoft relies of the 3rd party hardware Manufactuer to provide.

But unfortunately, the only way to know which is the update of the problem is to install them one by one, until you find the 'wrong' for your installation.

You can do a system restore to get back until it has been installed (which is NOT the best way to remove an update) or follow this method:

    'Remove an update'

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/remove-an-update

When you have found the issue of update of the list of updates which is presented > then right click on the update problem > select Hide update > and it will not be available to you once again

"How to hide or show an update of Windows Vista"

    http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/72491-Windows-Update.html

"How to hide or restore the updates of Windows hidden in Windows 7 and Windows 8"

    http://www.SevenForums.com/tutorials/24376-Windows-Update-hide-restore-hidden-updates.html

    _____________________________________________

Here's how to chanage update settings, if you think it is necessary to:

"Understanding Windows Update and Extras in Windows Vista and Windows 7.

    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/Windows-Vista-updates-and-extras/

    Or the other of these two update settings will give you the chance to see what you want to install through Windows updates;

Download updates but let me choose whether to install them - if you select this option, Windows will download the updates on your computer, but not install them automatically. If you want to install updates, then you must install them manually. You should only select this option if you have a reason to not install updates automatically. Only advanced users should use this option.

Check for updates but let me choose whether to download and install them - if you select this option, you'll be alerted when there are new updates available for download and install. You can then choose to download and install the updates that you want. This option should really be reserved for people who know exactly which updates they need, or those who have little access to the Internet.

But remember you normally only have problems with hardware 3rd party drivers. Other updates are to improve the Performance and security of your system

    See you soon.

Hi recently my computer was giving me a bit of concern for example (running slow, do not easily light etc...). A couple of days, my computer has decided not to put on after a glance on the net (on my other computer), I found I had a problem call KSoD or black screen of death, therefore I went on youtube and made all the different things said youtubers can fix this how ever none of these things worked, so finally I decided that I would have factory reset my computer/windows to using the system restore. However, at half way through the installation of windows after the factory reset (my computer came with no disk Windows), my computer has decided to remove what I believe to be called a blue screen of death, that this happened before and I thought it was part of the installation but when I turned my computer on he showed at the bios screen , but then it said 'unable to start Windows. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To solve the problem: 1. Insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer. 2. choose your language settings, and then click Next.
