No library, mock trial Message

The frustration continues with the cloud creative, not only it does not show that I have a trial version but now do not show libraries, we restarted 6 times today thinking it was sort of windows 8.1 issue but no dice. Most of our Logos, Color Palettes, vectors and cliparts is stored online, so we do not have access. What happens here Adobe, we pay monthly for your service gee and this creative cloud software is total Garbage, updates fail on a constant basis, it gets to half way then error.  I do not understand, I am longing for the good old days where we had some CDs can someone help and tell me how to fix this error. We have uninstall and install a million times. Here's a screenshot of what we go through a daily newspaper with this software...

That's the problem appears when creative application cloud does not work properly, try the procedure described under the following links:

Connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications

Applications creative Cloud back in test mode after an update until 2015 for CC

If the links above do not help, please follow the clean install creative cloud:

(1) uninstall Creative Cloud Desktop Manager:creative cloud help | Uninstall the creative desktop application Cloud

(2) remove the rest of the files:

C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE

C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Application Manager

C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Creative Cloud files

C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\ MAA UPDATER and OOBE times

Cleaning tool 3 - run Adobe: http://download.macromedia.com/SupportTools/Cleaner/win/AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe

4 - Click on the link below and download Creative Cloud Installer file and use them to install the creative Cloud Desktop application.

    I have been using Acrobat a lot today, and I get messages that it's a trial with 29 days to go in the middle of my work.  I push the trial continue, but the last time it locked up my computer and made me lose a document inportant from the web.  I am registered for creative and silver cloud is retained in force charged each month.  How can I stop these messages.  It is possible that I have a residual copy of test, but that would be over six months, so why 29 days to go?

    Check if it was not a problem with any payment, and if everything is ok, the information about the license on your computer, may have damaged. Reactivating usually solved the latter problem.

  • The duration of the trial message turn off

    I downloaded the trial version of Adobe Acrobat XI. The duration of the trial is now passed.

    I do not have Acrobat 9 installed on my other computers but I was not sure about his work with WIndows 8. After talking with Adobe customer service, I decided to go and install the upgrade for Acrobat XI on my new computer with Windows 8.

    I made the purchase yesterday and received the instructions of download and confirmation. Today, I have advanced and done uploading. But something goes wrong because evey time I try to launch the Acrobat software, a window pops up reminding me that my trial version has expired. This blocks all attempts to run the new Adobe... I chose the tag DEACTIVATE for lack of a better name to try to disable that considered undesirable and unessecary message.

    How can I get rid of this situation?

    When the elapsed test message appears, you should have an option to purchase or activate.  Click on this option and use your serial number or the adobe (for cc) identification code to activate.

  • Delete message 'Trial' on video clips

    Hello.

    Pending the arrival of buy first elements 10, I downloaded the trial version and started doing a recent holiday video. In the trial version all the video clips are marked with the caption: "Created with Adobe first trial Version."

    Having now received the software on disks, I entered the registration code. To my surprise, the 'Trial' message is still on these clips that I placed previously in my project. This is not, however appear on the new footage inserted into the timeline.

    But it is relatively easy to cut the original clips and then reinsert them lose the "Trial" message, I wonder if there's an easier method.

  • iCloud Photo Library Download stuck after changing icloud account

    This is FYI if someone of another encounter the same problem, I've had.

    My daughter Mac and iphone used a common icloud account that has been set up for the family some time ago.   She had a lot of photos stored in icloud, through Photos.  We decided to create account it with his own icloud and itunes recently.

    The first question icloud was in its disconnection from the old account.  The message that you will lose pictures and videos that are not fully downloaded to the Mac we fear for a few days because there is no easy way that we could find to determine in advance what photos and videos were not fully downloaded.  So, we tried for these days download all photos and videos but did not seem to make any progress.  After a few days, we have bet that we could continue with disconnection and risk losing the photos and videos they would be still in icloud under the old account.  Then we saw on the screen depending on who told us that we will lose only 3 photos and 1 video - too bad that the screen has not come earlier.  So we disconnected.

    The second question icloud came after connected to the new icloud account and tried to get his Mac photos to sync up to pictures of icloud.  We spent 2 or 3 days waiting for them to update and 2 separate calls with Apple support but no resolution.  There were two additional things, I noticed: 1) the iCloud library update bar (under preferences/Photos/account) remained empty (i.e., no green progress bar) for 2 or 3 days indicating no progress has been made and 2) next to the heading 'ICloud photo library' was the message in red that I had 29 (then 28 then 27) days to download my photos to icloud prior to their removal.  It made me suspicious that it was a reference to the photos under the old account and I was connected to the new account.  So, today, I bet and disconnected the new icloud account and once again had the same 3 photos and 1 video message would be deleted, that I accepted.  Then I signed in to the new account icloud, got informed that I had too little space on the new account to all the pictures and videos to download, I opted for more space (paying), end connection, then pictures/properties/account and viola, iCloud library update bar now give me 1) a number of pictures to download and green 2) in the progress bar.

    So, to summarize:

    1. If you're worried about losing your photos (or other files) If you disconnect your icloud account, note 1) you should be able to recover if you reconnect to the account and 2) that there is a window that will tell you how much you will lose (even if have never heard you those who), and
    2. If the synchronization ends up with no apparent progress made (especially no count of how many must be synchronized or no visible 'green' progress) then a possible solution is to disconnect, and then reconnect to your icloud account.

    When I log into my account, I can access all accounts iPhoto and iTunes without any problems.

    A few methods that you can try:

    Method 1:

    This could be a virus or a malware attack.
     
    A scanner to check if a virus is the cause of the issue of your antivirus software.

    What is the it solution you're talking about?

    You must first remove the library of misconduct. Deleting of a library does not delete the contents of the folder.

    To resolve this problem follow the steps below.

    (a) press the Windows key + E to open Windows Explorer.

    (b) with the right button on the corresponding library, then choose Delete.

    (c) click Yes when asked for confirmation.

    Also, follow the steps below to restore default libraries.

    (a) press the Windows key + E to open Windows Explorer.
    (d) right click on libraries

    (c) select Restore default libraries.

    Note: This re-creates the library that you just removed. This option only restores the default libraries supplied with Windows 7.
