  I would like to change the color in the white box (don't know a better name for this space on the form) next to a field title. And only for the mandatory elements on a page. This could be a selection list, a text box or a text field.

  Hello Maggie,

  The 'problem' with APEX, is that the deposit contains no information whether a field is required or not. Only the label has an attribute that you can set to "Required". Of course, you can create a query to retrieve items with a "Mandatory" label by:

  select WORKSPACE, APPLICATION_NAME, PAGE_ID, PAGE_NAME, REGION, ITEM_NAME, ITEM_LABEL_TEMPLATE
  from APEX_APPLICATION_PAGE_ITEMS
  where ITEM_LABEL_TEMPLATE LIKE 'Required%' 
  

  As Paulo wrote: you must manually set the attributes of elements of HTML form to a class (like class = 'RequiredField') and create an entry in your CSS for this class (I like. RequiredField {(background-color: #FFFFCC;}).}
  Or you can write clever code automagically defines this class for all the elements that are returned by the above application. I don't have that, but you should do something like:
  1. create a javascript function that onload is triggered. This js function must call an application process.
  2. this AP retrieves the 'required' of repository items and returns to the js function.
  3. the js function adds the class needed to these elements.

  There are a few problems with the code provided, three that I see in any case

  First he tries to define two colors, in fact the color defined in the painting is ignored, so whether you want to remove so the method object.

  Secondly, it pushes the dialog box, rather than use the dialog to hold up the procedure.  If you want to replicate Dialog.alert, you will need to use the doModal dialog processing.  To use the example, you must replace this:

  UiApplication.getUiApplication () .pushScreen (dialog);

  dialog.doModal ();

  And finally if you use a white background, white text will not appear.

• Remove the fill color of the field box on the deselection.

  When a user selects a check box, the field is colored yellow. Unfortunately, when the user disables the check box, the color remains.  I know that I need a statement to remove the color from the deselection, if/else, but can't quite get the right script.   I have a project with a lot of different blocks of text and changing colors from letter to letter in the words.

  How to identify what is any given color?

  When I click on a letter, it shows me a Visual block of color, but don't tell me what is the number of corresponding color.

  Problem is, if I see a letter and want to take its color to use elsewhere, I have no way of knowing what is this color.

  Since you extend DefaultTableCellRenderer you even not need this code. Simply invoke:

  super.getTableCellRendererComponent(table, value, isSelected, hasFocus, row, column);
  

  at the beginning of the method and the rendering engine all the properties will be set for you. Then all you need to do is to format the text.

  However, if all you try to do is the format of the text there is a simpler solution. Instead of override the getTableCellRendererComponent() method, you can override the method setValue (...).

Table Format Converter contains an example of creating a rendering engine of percentage. Of course these converters assume that the code is of the same type. This isn't a good idea to mix Integer and String data in the same column.

  You can uninstall MSN as a component of windows like Andrew said, but it is not necessary if all you want to do is change your homepage.  If Firefox is the only browser that you use once you change the homepage you probably won't see MSN again.
