no mention of my order on the account of the adobe Web site

I bought an Acrobat Pro Xi on April 24, 2013, in India. For some reason I can't use now, as it is said at the trial has expired, even though I had followed the instructions of installation. I checked the website after logging in to my account and found that there is no reference to my order. It shows no history of orders. I have the receipt and the order number (order number: 22538442624 ). What can I do? Thanks for help.

Do you have serial for Acrobat key, if yes then on the quick trial expired license this software, sign in with your Adobe ID, enter the serial number to activate Acrobat.
