  Every so often from the start (no apparent reason) multiple Kensington TrackallWorks icons appear in the system tray and the unit behaves erratically until all but one of them are closed. Behavior exhibited, it is as if one or more mouse buttons are kept pressed when they are in fact not to be affected. I use a Kensington Expert Mouse and TrackballWorks 1.04 K64325 model number. Uninstall and reinstall the driver didn't help, or does uninstalling and reinstalling Windows.

  I checked with MSCONFIG, Autoruns and even when several copies work they show only one entry for the application. Any ideas /.

  Since you've already tried to uninstall and reinstall the driver/windows, this could be a hardware problem. Please try to contact the manufacturer of the mouse for assistance on this issue.

• When you start firefox, it opens windows 50 or more white don't work

  I upgraded to 5 FF. When I start the program quickly, open the windows 50 or more whites. It was unusable, so I uninstalled and tried to FF 4.01 and it has the same problem.

  I could save it if you tell me where to download or just on Youtube if you want to.

  It is possible that there is a problem with the sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak files in the Firefox profile folder.

  Delete the sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak files in the Firefox profile folder.

  If you see files sessionstore-# .js with a number in the left part of the name as sessionstore - 1.js then delete those as well.
  
  Delete sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and groups of tabs and all tabs open to get lost, so you will need to create them again (take note or bookmarks).

• Mouse don't work in Microsoft Word to select text, or highlight text to copy or add features like bold/italic/underlined.

  After you paste an e-mail message in a Microsoft Word document (which I do all the time), my mouse no longer works to click anywhere in the document and it doesn't allow me to use the side scroll bar.  I can still click on the tabs and controls to the top of the page buttons up and down and up, but I can't highlight text underlined/bold/italic to copy or move in the document.  I use these features all the time and I am very frustrated.  I can still do all of these things in other applications such as email, Facebook, Internet, but not in Word.  Help, please.  I already checked my mouse settings and drivers and they are all up to date without errors.  I restarted my computer; the only step I can think is reinstall Microsoft Office Professional 2007.  I appreciate any help you can provide.  Respectfully, Julie

• I can't watch videos on hulu or abc or any other site more, they don't load, please help

  I can't watch videos on hulu sites and network such as cbs or nbc.com.  Just yesterday, I watched and quickly loaded everthing.  Now, I can't load videos at all.  I ran my virus program, done a defrag, called my ISP to see if any problem there and there are none I also tried windows update and still not bring one of my shows to load, I say well flow because they are not downloaded they are listened to.

  Any advice would be appreciated, of course.

• CS5 and Magic Mouse - don't slow, no momentum.

  In Photoshop CS4, we could zoom and turn around using Magic Mouse from Apple, moving around a large document with ease.

  In CS5, it's horribly slow. Translates into a huge blow by, say, 10 pixels of the movement. It is unusable! Anyone else get this? Is there a solution?

  As already indicated in other topics, talk about this same problem: Yes, there is a problem with the events sent by the "Mighty Mouse". Other mice/tablets are not affected.  We have already worked around several problems event for this device before shipping, but apparently something is not respected.

• with the auto more recent updated version of firefox now there is a white bar that appears when you move your mouse over this area. I want that gone, how?

  When you move your mouse below the address bar opens a white bar, making it so you can't click on buttons or links on sites, like buttons connection for example. also when using the full screen, you can no more mouse on the tabs at the top of the screen, only this white bar appears. This prtty much kills its use full screen for me. Thus, this white popup bar and mode full screen with the white bar without tabs firefox has pretty much ruined it for me. in any case to fix it would be great.

• Open submenus when I stop on them with the mouse pointer does not work

  I used to use Vista Upgrade of XP until it hit the big time. With this installation, the option 'Open submenus when I dwell on them with the mouse pointer' worked perfectly well.  Since I did a format and installed the full installation of Vista version, and now this feature does not work. I checked and re-checked the option in the customization of the menu star and nothing. Also unable to find what anyone at the mouse settings itself.

  Try UnChecking the start - Customize - Menu tab apply / OK and then go back and save

  I'm really irritated by the movements of the mouse after upgrade to El Cap. In Mountain Lion, the mouse could be defined for two fingers to switch between the pages in the browser. Now I can only use one finger to the pages of the switch that is often wrongly done while scrolling with a finger. Is there a way to restore the old settings?

  Possibly with third-party software like BetterTouchTool or MagicPrefs.

  I had trouble where my pointer open EVERYTHING when even just hovering, etc.  I tried all the troubleshooting and other settings, I find to try and am no - where.  Anyone out there have any help?  It, sometimes depending on what I'm trying to do, makes it nearly impossible to use this machine.
