  Hello Jlborhez,

  You can do it with in the muse contact form widget.

  In the Panel options of contact form you select 'Name' in the menu drop-down of "after sending'.

  Please look at the screenshot below. Also, make sure that there is sufficient space under the anchor point to scroll upward.

  All my coming on my site through my contact form is sent by the email I signed up for my account creative with cloud.  I want to spend to send through my gmail account, how can I do this?  and no I'm not just talking specify how email is attached to the contact form, I don't know what e-mail is sent to the email specified in the contact form.

  I want that he sent to [email protected] and because my business catalyst account is set up with yahoo, he tries to transmit the request to the gmail via the yahoo email address and the email of yahoo always returns a mailer damon saying he could not send the message to the gmail account.  I want to jump the middlemen and just connect my gmail account.

  Login to your Admin site > Site Manager > system email > Set Default "From" E-mail > add the gmail account

  I would like to summarize, you don't waste time. Order form the Muse worked on the smtp Protocol, you need two things: 1) if traffic is important, you will need your own SMTP server. You should buy software (public SMTP is not reliable), being able to install and configure.   I think I found the problem. My site is hosted with 123reg, but the email address is with zoho. I need the instructions following, but for 123reg as opposed to godaddy. Any ideas where I can get these? I looked at my 123reg channel, but I do not see where to do that.

  1. If you are hosting is GoDaddy and you form e-mail address is to a non-GoDaddy email account, you will need to activate the 'rare' mail in cPanel. (A similar change may be necessary on other hosting providers).
  1. Access your cPanel on GoDaddy.  This is where you manage your web hosting.
  2. On the main page of cPanel, scroll up to where it says ": Email".
  3. Click on "MX", which is located just below the 'accounts '.  This is the mail server setting.  By default, GoDaddy assume you are using a GoDaddy mail account.
  4. Make sure that the "remote mail server" is enabled.

  By default, GoDaddy assumes that you will welcome your emails via GoDaddy.  If you have configured an e-mail address for your shape in the Muse that isn't an e-mail address hosted GoDaddy, GoDaddy and then do not accept by default. You must give permission to GoDaddy to send a form to what GoDaddy considers that an email "at a distance".

  Remittances form Muse is only sent as an email and not stored in a CRM. Therefore, you will need to enter in your spreadsheet manually from information received in e-mail.

  It is a serious matter. Some of my clients have accounts with GoDaddy for hosting. The simple contact form DOES NOT WORK. The message is sent, and then everything disappears. Please someone Adobe Muse answer why this is happening and what can be done to correct this situation. It is extremely important that these forms work correctly in third party hosting. And please don't tell me I have to go through a solution of the complex HTML module.

  The forms are sent to and address with the same domain name, email, so it's not the question.

  It is not possible to Muse, but you are right, that if you export of Muse and edit "form_propcess.php" in the scripts folder, you can reach your target audience.

  You just need to redraw the structure of the .php file
