• Using your own Muse and NOT TypeKit web fonts

  Hi all, I bought a family of InDesign for the police that I will use in my Web site. There is no option to add my own web fonts in menu fonts anywhere, just web safe, typekit system. For now, I think of my website with the desktop version of MI of times to help to see what the end result will be to weave as a bit. Is there a way I can attribute my time on my site after my site is built and exported to my web server somehow? I can't believe that this is not an option. I would use Dreamweaver but it's useless hard to build a Web site in it.

  Adobe Muse CC 20141 (published earlier today) supports self-hosted web fonts. To use a specific font in your Muse site, you will need to install the font system (an appropriate license to use desktop) and provide the files to corresponding web fonts (a license appropriate for use on a Web site).

  This should address one of the original applications in this post on the forum.

• New update of Muse starting from 24/09/2015 ruined my site downloaded resolution.

  For some rmeason now the Resolutive on my page has been reduced.  No matter what I do with the size, the resolution is very low and misplaced on my site.  I have removed and put it back on and he always looks low resolution.

  I solved the problem by downloading my old site.  www.andytuphotography.com see where she wears the name of my site? It was really really low rezed earlier.  No matter what I have replace the title with, or even if I removed it, put it back on, it was still down size.   include the code inside the < head > tag

  I'm sorry you troubles here. Currently, you can only use and preview the free and open-source Typekit fonts in Muse.

  If you are uncomfortable with a bit of HTML/CSS, the Muse Insider wrote a post on how to insert the Typekit include the code of the interface of Muse:

  Or you can add the embed code to the Properties dialog box of the Page within the Muse, which will include in theof the page when you export your Web site.

  However, we do see the value of being able to design in Muse with all fonts in your Typekit library. We are currently working on a deeper integration of the two to make this easier.

  Please try this:

  Navigate to the following location to Finder > go > go to folder

  ~/Library/preferences and delete folders that a Muse in his name (instead of delete records you can backup/move them to another location by using cut and paste)

  Example folder names:

  AdobeMuse

  com.adobe.AdobeMuseCC.2014.2

  com.adobe.AdobeMuseCC.2014.3

  com.adobe.AdobeMuseCC.2014.1

  Also, go to ~/library/preferences/adobe and do the same thing

  The Typekit font collection is a constantly growing catalog of Adobe and Typekit that you pay your subscription to Adobe CC . Fonts Web Edge are just an extra 'free service' by Typekit, using most of the fonts online Google is kindly serving and the maintenance of the domain open source, free. So, for the edge of the Web, fonts Typekit is just a 'bridge' to these policies of Google open source.

  Now technically, when you remember a page in Muse with paid Typekit fonts, Adobe CC automatically download and save a version (a little protected) of the local police. So when you're offline, Typekit fonts is always present and available for previewing. Your page refers to a resource stored police locally. But when you use a free Fonts Web Edge, Muse is legally not allowed to automatically download and store such a policy of source open for you. Your page refers to a font resource online !

  That a solution might be to go to Google Fontsand download the entire police family, you need and start using them in Muse as fonts 'self hosted' (perfectly legally, you have the right to do). So the fonts will be also included as resources copied to your web folder, locally and online.

  I looked in the forums for Muse and similar Typekit, but I can't seem to find the problem.

  I just published a Web site created in Muse: iampioneer.org

  I have 2 families of fonts added as webfonts (Adelle & Proxima Nova) in Muse and also a Typekit Kit.

  This is how it is supposed to look like:

  

  1 police (Adelle) makes it very well on the website of my local station, but Proxima Nova is substituted for Arial/Helvetica:

  Sorry for the late reply! The domain must be added in Muse.

  1) go to Muse and choose the option "Export to HTML".

  (2) you will be asked to provide a list of domain names for export. Make sure you add all your domains to this list.

  (3) upload the new HTML to your web server and Typekit fonts will begin work in a few minutes.

• Police web Typekit working everywhere except in the menu widget

  I built a site of Muse and used Typekit fonts Modesto family, but when I publish to the catalyst for business, fonts did not correctly appear in the menu bar, even if they do not work in the rest of the text on the site - section, body etc..  Any ideas?  It's the same on Chrome, IE and Safari.

  OK, I downloaded the latest updates from Muse and it seems to work now - don't know if which had nothing to do with it, but thanks anyway!

• Muse still does not not after installing Windows 10 | avmsnd.dll

  

  Muse is the only application of my adobe program that does not work on my windows 10 desktop pc, it works on my laptop. Witz, windows 7, it worked but after intsalling win 10 a few months ago im not able to start muse on my desktop pc. I thought that maybe it works fine once the next Muse-call day, but nothing has changed. I ve done everything (removal, installation, relocation, hours of conversations, and screen sharing with adobe support,...), but West no solution for it. Someone at - it an idea?

  I solved the problem with the WINDOWS Eventmonitor. All events are listed and marked "warning" or "error". Here, I saw this Adobe Muse always stopped file during startup: it's a dll in windows/system32 file, in this case avmsnd.dll, this file is part of a very old software, I deleted a long time ago, it was not necessary at all. I've renamed this file to look at if Muse works now. And Muse started! I m so happy to use the last Version of Muse on my desktop PC.

• Typekit does not load?

  Previews of web fonts - could not load I have ensured that I am member of the Creative Cloud 2015 completely released and properly installed. However, Muse refuses to load the web fonts to Typeset when I specifically their active via the active pane in my creative cloud membership. I'll stick to the purchase of web fonts of professional foundries as Adobe has clearly been lacking in this area and will not solve the inability of Muse to load Typekit web fonts?

  Please try following the steps one by one.

  Solution 1:

  1. Disconnect Muse from help > log out
  2. Disconnection of the creative cloud application. Connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications
  3. Sign In to creative cloud and Muse of launch of the applications tab.

  Solution 2: If solution 1 does not fix the issue

  1. Follow step 1 and 2 in solution 1.
  2. Launch Manager (windows) task or activity monitor (MAC) and kill the process named as CC library.
  3. Also kill other processes named creative cloud, coresync, demon of the accident.
  4. Once beckoned in new creative cloud and Muse to launch the applications tab.

  If the problem persists check if the firewall or antivirus blocked muse to connect to Typekit. Filming of firewall or antivirus would do the trick.

  The otf and ttf files are also installed on my computer, but they do not appear as sytem fonts in Muse.

  When I try to add the web fonts for Muse, it gives an error.

  In the version of June of Muse CC 2015 Typekit fonts have been integrated into the Adobe's Muse.

  Please try following steps to add them to your list of Web fonts.

  1. go into file > add/remove both

  2. Select the tab for typekit and "Proxima Nova" police search

  

  3. Select all, and then click OK

  4. these fonts will be added to the list of Web fonts.

• Muse does not just after the launch of the program

  I recently bought Adobe CC, and I try to set everything up. All programs seem to work, with the exception of Adobe Muse CC 2014 on my desktop, it seems to work fine on my laptop, however.

  I run the program via a shortcut on the desktop that is related to the "Muse.exe" file in my directory of Adobe's Muse. The program launches and goes through the initial loading screen that all the programs before the interface adobe user opens without any problem. He then gets to the homepage where it says create, new features, Ect... and the Welcome screen never loads, there's just white, and moments later the program will then is unresponsive. The only way to close the program is through the Task Manager and ending the program.

  I try to run the program on Windows 7 Pro 64-bit Service Pack 1, 16 GB ram, Intel Core i7 2600K, NVidia GTX 580.

  So far, I signed out/in grace to the application cloud creative to try to reset my login. I thought that maybe it just has not activated properly, how ever when I reconnected and launched Muse he asked me to check my login and then started the program with exactly the same problem. Then, I uninstalled the program and reinstalled and rebooted the computer without success. Then, I updated all the Windows updates, verified that the firewall is not blocking the program and then restarted my computer several times, which does not solve the problem. Then, I disabled my antivirus and turned off the firewall and attempted to launch without success.

  At this point I don't know what to do, I find it strange that every other single program launches properly with the exception of the Muse. Y at - it a specific update, I'm missing somewhere? Is their some other software or update, I need to start the Muse? Does anyone else have this problem? Help...

  I got the program working well, how ever it was especially by accident. I left him unresponsive open the program by accident and after about 15 minutes, I received an error message of timeout of script that displayed. He asked if I wanted to stop the execution of the script and I clicked Yes. After clicking Yes, the Welcome screen again would show not do anything, but I could now close the screen of welcome and access Muse. I closed the program, then reopened to see if the problem occurs again, and he did. Once more, I waited 15 minutes, got the script timeout error, stopped the script and could then access Muse again. This time, I consulted the Preferences screen and then disabled the Welcome screen on start up. Yet once again, I closed and reopened the Muse, however this time Muse started instantly.

  The home screen is not important for me, and I honestly don't care if it appears when I run the program, how ever I am curious to know why I have a problem with the Welcome screen on only the program of Muse. All other welcome screens seem to work perfectly well.
