• 700wx with WM6 (v1.24) isn't notify: new E-mail Message has arrived

  On my previous 700wx (which has been replaced due to failure in WM5 to WM6 upgrade), I got a notice the TWO "verbal" (under SETTINGS: SOUNDS) and an "icon" on the status bar in the today screen happen when new e-mail message.  NOR will USE NOW using WM6 (v1.24).  Any suggestions?  It is EXTREMELY inefficient to get email on the phone (which works) but not KNOW the email is there unless you actually change the screen and look compared to the object of the NOTIFICATION received by e-mail.  Thanks in advance for the help!

  FOUND SOLUTION...  Although a SOFTWARE RESET did nothing, I did a HARD RESET (hold down the button ON / OFF everything by removing and battery reset).  Which 'cleaned' memory.  Once all the settings are reset (once again!), everything was "back to normal"!

  When exactly these pop-ups appear? Normally they only appear while ctrl-click and disappear automatically. What behavior do you see?

  2. have you installed the drivers from the dongle?

  If this is not the case, the same install from the manufacturer's Web site.

  I suggest you to contact or visit the site of the factory to install drivers and check if that helps.

  I came across this before, the issue I found was related to the Facebook app. Try to uninstall the updates to Facebook uninstall, once this simply update or reinstall the software, the notification should be gone.

  You can also try to boot into safe mode before trying the above, this could force the application to delete its pool of notifications.

  I'm sure this has something to do with VMware Update Manager.  As you can see in your it screenshot shows an element in queue for 'patch download definitions' I try and restart your service VUM and see what happens.
