No response after adobe lighroom activation teacher?
Buy Adobe Lightroom 5, tried to activate the student/teacher edition with all the necessary documents. I didn't hear anything form adobe since then. What is a problem I have activated the program about 2 months after I bought it? What can I do now? Amazon told me that I should talk to adobe. Help, please!

This may mean that HA is not correctly configured (problem with certificates, heart rate, etc.).
The best thing to do is to connect via SSH for both cams, go to /etc/ha.d/ and delete the files: 'perfigo.conf' and 'ha.cf.
These are the files that contain the HA configuration, if, after deletion, restart the machine and they will come as stand-alone upward again.
As a stand-alone, you can HA startover config again, ensuring that you follow the steps required:

You can follow these steps:
Step 1: perform a clean boot to verify if an application or service is causing the problem.

a. click the ORB start on your desktop
b. type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on continue.
c. in the general tab, click Selective startup.
d. under Selective startup, clear the check box load startup items.
e. click on the Services tab, select the hide all Microsoft Services check box and then click Disable all.
f. click OK.
g. When prompted, click on restart.NOTE: Please check that you start the computer in normal mode after a repair. Follow step 7 article.
Step 2: Configure the power settings for keyboard, mouse, and other devices.
a. Click Start, click Control Panel, hardware and sound, and then click keyboard.
b. click on the Hardware tab, and then click the properties button.
c. click Change settings.
d. click the power management tab and verify that the allow this device to wake the computer is selected.
e. If "Allow this device to wake the computer" was not selected, select it and click OK.
Follow the same steps for the mouse as well.If the problem persists, disconnect all non-essential devices (printers, scanners, USB drives). Restart the computer with only the original mouse, monitor, and
connected keyboard. If this solves the problem of sleep/wake, one of the devices was causing the problem. Replace a device at a time and test to see if the
problem occurs again. Continue adding devices and testing until you find the device that causes the problem.Refer to this article for additional troubleshooting steps.

Thank you for reporting the issue. We have already identified this problem and follow-up. While extensions are trying to solve this problem, can you please try following steps and let us know if it helps.
1. close Animate runs.
2. go in the following location on Windows: C:\Users\
\AppData\Local\Adobe\Animate CC 2015.2\ 3. If it contains two folders of locale:
for example, en_AU (parameters system locale), en_US (local animation)
4 copy the folders in the row (if it exists)
a. copy the contents of en_AU\Configuration\Commands\ to en_US\Configuration\Commands\
b. copy the contents of the en_AU\Configuration\WindowSWF\ to en_US\Configuration\WindowSWF\
5. launch Animate and check the extensions.
Note: In your case, locale system and installed local Animate can be different

Hi all
I bought adding Adobe Cloud student-to-teacher and accompanying adobe products last year. I had about a year, with payments to be made. Shortly after I finished the payments, my computer fried.
I bought a new one and there seems to be no way for me to find a serial number or re - download the file for my products?
Is this a normal problem?
I'm running on a Lenovo Edge 2 and uses Windows 10.
Any help at all would be appreciated!

I used Photoshop CS3 since 2007 without problem, and yesterday I received a message "your computer Setup seems to have changed...". "and says I need to activate it. If I press OK, and then click Next, I see the message "Activate later" or try to call, but of course there is no option of phone to this old version.
Other programs (such as Adobe InDesign) are still working, so the problem is just with Photoshop.
I wouldn't change a thing with my computer (Vista), and this message appeared the day after, out of nowhere I tried a restore of the system for April 22, but that did not work. If I uninstall and reinstall. Also has anyone seen this problem? Help!

Hi group. I just bought the package Adobe photography (CC of Lightroom and Photoshop CC). I downloaded two applications. After that I opened both and everything went well. However, after I leave Adobe Application Manager (creative cloud) and off to the internet. Then I could launch Lightroom CC but I couldn't launch Photoshop CC. When I go to "Activity Monitor" on my Mac, it says "Photoshop CC (not responding)", I don't get an error message. I use Yosemite on a Mac from 2010. Any help? Thank you in advance.

After having recently upgraded CPU, memory and graphics of my computer, it took singularly reinstall my Adobe Photoshop (Inc. Illustrator & bridge) because I do not use other members of the CS2 Premium Suite I made a custom Setup. Everything works fine except for my Activation Adobe warning system.
As you know that adobe can't stand the CS2 product you sold me that is your decision, regardless of my conviction about how good customer service should work. Your website Troubleshooting Guide States:

You can continue to use CS2 without additional cost. It takes just a few steps to remove activation version and replace it with the version without activation.
Uninstall your CS2.
Error: Unavailable activation server | CS2, Acrobat 7, pass a hearing 3
Download the version without CS2 activation from the link above. That goes for the owners of CS and CS2.
Install, then enter the new serial number without activation provided at this link. Your existing CS2 serial number no longer works.
