Impossible to update InDesign, U44M1I11, no response from Adobe error message.

Our IT Department has not been able to solve the problem, the signature and to my account allowed me to update to Photoshop, but not InDesign or Illustrator. No response from Adobe from this date.

    The error has nothing to do with the suitcase. Apparently the update was not complete and you should probably uninstall ID and reinstall to get the version of the plugin correctly in place.

    c. save the changes and then close the registry editor.

    Now check if the Task Scheduler works.
