  I put the default ringtone for my iPhone in settings / sounds / ringtone to Strum.

  I put the contact card for my wife in the Contacts app on my iPhone for the uprising.

  When my wife calls me from his iPhone (which is the number I have for his iPhone in my app), my phone always sounds using the Strum ringtone. I expect to ring using the ringtone of uprising.

  I agree.  You have chosen the right place to turn on the ringer.  Try restarting the device.  In addition, you are able to change the other contacts?

• I have improved my 5s to 9,32 now my text and ring tones do not work if my phone is locked.  Why?

  I recently did the 9.3.2 upgrade on my 5.  Now when my screen is locked, I don't get all tone when I receive a text.  Also, I have a hit or miss with ringtones when the screen is locked.  If my phone is unlocked, I hear them both.  I tried to reset the text and ring tones, but it did not work. Is there anything else I need to do? Is this a bug?  Thank you!

  Check the settings > do not disturb. If it is enabled, disable it.

  My husband 6 (v9.2) IPhone has stopped playing its purchased, custom ringtone in the last week.  He is certainly on the personalized ring, we have turned on/turned off the phone twice, and yet he won't play, despite being put on the custom ring tone.  I've seen other similar messages, but no definitive answers.  Very annoying that he cannot hear his favorite ringtone that we paid a lot of money for.

  I have this problem as well. You appear to affect ringtones purchased after the 9.2 update. In my case, all my new ringtones Star Wars BB-8 go silent. A temporary solution is to connect your iPhone to iTunes and remove all ringtones and then re - sync. It should start working again. I noticed that when you restart your iPhone, the problem reappears and the steps above should be repeated.

  Ok.  I know how to add a ring tone and I know how to change ringtones for emails and text Messages, phone calls, but I can't understand how to add a ringtone that will be available for text and e-mail messages. I added a buch of ringtones on my phone and they are all available for me to use for phone calls, but they do NOT appear when I go to change my ringtones to text or e-mail message notification.  Anyone know why or how to fix?  Is there a solution?

  How do you add ringtones. If you add directly to the sd card from the computer to media/audio/ringtones, so you added the media/audio/notifications folder on the SD also. These are the folders that I added to the mine and the rings appear in the list on my droid.

  Try these general steps. They could help.

  1 reset your iPhone by pressing and holding the sleep/wake and home buttons.

  2 disconnect you from your iCloud account and reconnect again.

  You can also try to reset the app under settings-applications-all preferences and press settings (3 points).

  My speakers volume of your ring? is much too strong. I need to be able to adjust it. I sleep during the day and live with the other. I don't want to have to pull the cable from the printer, whenever I want to sleep. Thank you for your time.

  I guess that I fixed it. I just turned off all the sounds of the fax. Not so practical but it's better that pull the plug out of the printer whenever I want to sleep.

  Do a security wipe, but does not restore the data. Try a few test calls.

I uninstalled your room (I had never even tried one of their tones), but I still have everything I get now is vibrate even if I put my profile for Loud.
