  I am trying to create a quizz.db file in the current folder by creating first a temporary quizz.db in the folder data and then creating tables inside and then copy it in the current folder.   If activate the commented "If" condition of "copyFileToAssetsFolder" int he removes already created quizz.db file in the current folder (that Im unable to find) and goes inside the next ' if' and copy the quizz.db created on the folder "data" of active fodler. But in any case I don't find the quizz.db in the current folder. I really need help with this quickly. Thank you.

  OK, I have an i7 rig with 12 GB of ram, 64-Bit Windows 7 Professional. Naturally I left that box checked that says "let Windows manage the paging file sizes. So now, I have a huge file of 12 GB on my boot drive. With 12 GB of RAM, do I need a 12 GB page file? I think that Windows would not even need to go to the page with that file a lot of ram. It would be the file to 4 GB max bad or something like that? Where you guys/girls do not set to?

• Windows 8.1 - permissions of files - do not have access to the files since the abolishment of all permissions except for the system and my own useraccount.

  I had to put in my computer to the repairshop, so I changed the filepermissions on a large foldertree to all permissions for my own useraccount and all permissions for the SYSTEM account, but deliberately deleted the permissions on this folder to 'Administrator', since the repairshop started getting their own account and I had to make that account a member of the Administrators group.

  Now I'm stuck with a bunch of folders and files (strangely, this didn't happen to * all * files under the folder in question) that I can't read or delete, when logged in as the useraccount with all permissions on the files. I've tried everything, and while I had to click on a dialog box explore asking me to provide administrator access to subfolders in the folder in question, some folders becomes fully accessible (possibly), but some button blown up a "Try again" in explore a dialog box - which has sometimes worked but for some records * didn't * work to resume the TP to my own files.

  I want to know how I can find the full access to these files.

  If your own username is a member of the Administrators group, then all you have applied to this group is for you also.

  I would like to start by trying to change only the owner of the files to yourself.  Apply and when finished, close all.  Then go back and change only the permissions that should be easier now that you own on everything.

  I use creative cloud under Mac OS x, and all programs are up to date. I have a two part question.

  1. is there a way to edit a library asset in an Adobe program without affecting the linked file cloud? If so, how?

  2. If it is not possible to do it, what is the best practice to edit a library resource without affecting the linked file? Do I have to include the file in the document? Create a new asset with the adjusted attributes and use this asset?

  As an example of what I'm trying to do, I have a logo in a creative clouds library that I use in an Illustrator document. The asset is black, I want to make the Pantone color blue of the company within the Illustrator, however it won't let me change locally. It seems that I have to open the file in the library, adjust it, save it and use that asset. However, I do not want this asset related to change of color in all other documents I used it. So, what I did is to save an asset separate cloud with the logo like this color. This seems unnecessary and unsustainable. Whenever I have a variant of a cloud asset should not require save me a new version of it for this specific use. My library will get crowded, fast.

  If it is not part of the works the library assets, in my opinion, it should be. Be able to adjust an asset at the local level, even if it's a range a minimum of settings without changing the attributes of the linked file, seems to be obvious.

  I wish that it was possible to change the appearance of a related assets without changing the assets in the cloud.   Even if you are the administrator, that it does not necessarily mean that you have the full access rights on the file or folder in question, but as an administrator, you have rule on the computer and as such, you can enter the owner of the file or the folder and grant you full control over the object.

  No problem. I think that the warning means that you will not be able to use Undo to bring back the pictures and it will have to do it manually. There is no risk of corruption.

  When I open "Adobe first Auto Save Files" it's a long list of all my projects. There is my project with his copy and all associated below files. Nothing, I'm sure that you are not familiar with.

  Don't do it with existing projects. Save the headache and troubleshooting. Leave it as it is.

  For new projects, set your preferences, the media and the "scratch disks" to how you want to organize in the future.
