  Toll free numbers haven't needed approval from Apple. Once your application is approved, you can publish for free questions like 'Pubic and free' and your folios appear directly in your application.

• Batch rename files that have non-consecutive numbers?

  I have a folder with about 100 files of images that carry the non-consecutive numbers. Is there a way to rename them all to add something after the numbers (and before the file type extension) without changing the numbers?

  Example: If I select 111019.003.dng and 111019.007.dng, is a way to batch rename the 111019.003_tk.dng and 111019.007_tk.dng?

  Of course, simply batch renaming it w / a sequence number would change to 111019.003_tk.dng and 111019.004_tk.dng. That is not good.

  I realize the easiest way around this is to name them properly the first time, but I'm not the photographer.

  Public/retail value your folio and attach it with the free subscription you have created in iTunes. Folios that are marked as public/free will not appear up if the Viewer is a iTunes with subscription.

  racking me my brains on this one.

  A list of the postal codes that I want to be able to offer free shipping on all orders of.

  The easiest option seems to be simply set the value generated by (I think) shippingCalc to 0, but I can't seem to find a way to make this project a reality. From what I see he doesn't seem to be a value that I can manipulate directly.

  With any system you have to assume if you're doing something unsupported or messing around with the BC server side call directly (British Colombia has the right to change this), but that said Liam (taken from the site) has publicly said BC will not change them. So I developed versions very light in terms of not trying to rock the boat too much with the change of the page (in case of change of BC) and other versions I have re-written all the code Javascript of BC and do AJAX call myself next to server BC, so I also a version of the API that can do any amount of delivery custom dynamically (as BC supports this in the API)... with that said all anything is possible.

  Regarding your question, take a look at the javascript BC, she not the AJAX call then injects the response from the server (assuming that no error) in the container DIV, just trap that (stop) or enable it too do, but write a DOM attribute in the body tag or drop a cookie or tag hash of URL or a way that you can detect that the postal code has already been selected and you need of put it back, your javascript re - will not run when the day DIV (because it is not a page reload). So be sure that you can detect when the DIV has been updated so that you can trigger your code to update the display. Also all the discount codes, remove the article and the point of update will also update the DIV, you must also set up according to your implementation.

  A nonclustered ESXi host can be managed by vcenter?  My reasoning is as follows.  We have a few virtual machines that are not critical, especially of the seller workstations for one-time jobs.  These must be vmotioned or whatever it is.  Now they have on our cluster.  I thought it would be nice if I could install ESXi on one of our decommissioned servers and manage it via vcenter.  Then I propose these non-critical virtual machines to this server.  Is this possible?  Are there licenses that has to buy?  It would be nice not having to connect to a separate instance of ESXi when I want to the management.

  You can have guests outside the existing cluser managed by vCenter. But you will need a license for the host (not the free ESXi license) before you can join the vCenter Server. You will also need to have vcenter Server Standard (not limited to guest) to do. In general the Foundation beams is come/venusent with a limit of three host on the server vCenter Server. If you do not have this limit, then you must just a (non-free) valid license for additional host in order to manage it via vCenter.

  If it is the assessment, education free and other things like that, you can download no matter what non-free Oracle from OTN and use them for free.
