Not a win32 application valid for all program + can't run bugs.
Not a single program is running, simply saying that it is not a win32, even with programs of Windows application. I can only access my default browser by typing a url in a title of file. Found some difficulties, but after downloading patches said, I get the error message saying: there is no interface to support. Have not downloaded anything in days, with the exception of the regular update of Windows. Almost seems like a virus deleted a piece of software, but nothing came on my virus scans before all this.

"not a win32 application valid" I see this error for most .exe files
I used win7 evaluation copy (x 86). Then I format my laptop with the ultimate win7 (x 64). But now when I try to set up a file, it gives the error: "... not a valid win32 application." some of the extension .exe files work fine, but mainly I struggle with .exe files. And sometimes, there is also a CRC error occurs.
I try to format it again with my old vista(x86) recovery cd but I have seen the same problem. and then I tried win7 x 64 again. but there is always the same problem. I also tried to download the files that I wanted in the Setup program, but it does not solve the problems.
How should I know?

the menu desktop shortcuts and start to return a *.lnk not a win32 application invalid
shortcuts on the desktop and start menu retrun all error "*.lnk not a win32 application valid." applications work at the opening of the program files folder, but when I send the request to the computer desk or crerate a shortcut and drag on the desktop, I get the same Win32 error when I try to open them from the desktop
You can try the solution from this article: fixes for Windows Vista file association (I know, it's for Vista, but it contains exactly the same values in the registry for .lnk)
But I'm confused because this issue should only concern the specific account, if this account contains more extra value in the registry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts\.lnk\UserChoice (this path should not exist in the registry). I mentioned only the key main ".lnk" with two subkeys: "OpenWithList" and "OpenWithProgids", I understand that you do not have this key "UserChoice"?

If the solution above does not work you can always try: difficulty of a user profile is corrupted

My game says that it is not "a win32 application.
I have a couple of SNES games that I downloaded for play. Both give me the "not a win32 application" when I try to open them. I have 3 different emulators responsible, none of them will simply open the game. I have to go through programs, find the game, find the rom and open it. This means that I can't save any of them, because he made me start a new game each time taking this road. How can I change the soft 'win32 '? What is "win32"?
Hi venlost,
you're poorly understand the concept of emulation. It works like a virtual machine: imitate you (virtualization) a disk, you do not have (in this case: a SNES / Super Famicom console) and a virtual disc (in this case: a virtual SNES cartridge) in this player. There is nothing to 'open' your operating system. You put your *.smc (= Roma SNES) files in the folder of the emulator (preferably), start the emulator and load the ROM in the memory. The emulator behaves like a real console, acknowledges the inserted cartridge (= the ROM loaded) and the game starts. -Btw: If your ROMs are files '.exe' (which could give the "Win32" error), there is something wrong.

Accidentally by default of the same program for all programs
I tried to open Dell Webcam central because it did not work. I have a click right and select open with, then select default opener. I have not noticed that the box that says something in the sense of "make default for all programs" was checked. Now any time I try to open any program, it opens the webcam.
I tried to do the system restore, but received an error message about a file problem. He said to try to disable my antivirus, which I did and it still doesn't work.
I tried to go back and select the default program for each program, but that does not change.
Help?
There is a cure, but it will probably a registry change to get there.
Here are three links that might solve your problem. The first contains once also the other so if arrive you at the entrance to Amrita and use the link here to 'fix' you don't have to bother with the second link.
Good luck
