It is not because of my computer settings apparently. (When email from the work computer from others - they get the attachment). • Cannot install the driver for Windows Phone 7

  I could be wrong, but I believe the app you are referring is capture CC. This is the mobile application that allows to create brushes, color themes, forms and templates and places them in the libraries that can be used in our desktop applications (and mobile).

  Since the app is not available for phones Windows, the only way you could get the bosses in a library would be to have someone to share a library (with bosses inside) with you. You would be able to copy it into your own library. Grounds are currently usable in Photoshop CC.
