Not do full versions of the software CC when I buy a subscription to the CC?

So I bought my CC membership in January I think. And the first thing that I had installed the first Pro CC. I needed it. Now about a month later, I need again, and he says that I am on a trial version. I signed in my CC and tried again, but he always tells me that I am on a trial. The same thing happens with Speedgrade. Apparently, after paying for 2 month subscription, I can only use a version 30 day trial of the software I need. Is it a normal thing? Or should I call adobe and fix this problem? I would really like some software on my computer, and I spend the money to have. I'm at College, and on a very tight budget, so if I don't get the real versions of the software, I'll cancel my subscription. Nowhere on the literature on the CC says that you only have access to 30-day trial of most of the software. Please give me a hand here. I need to know if I should finish my subscription or not.
