  Rename the opm.db file.

  1. Close the application of Creative Cloud runs.
  2. Navigate to the OOBE folder.

     Mac OS: /users/folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE
  3. Rename the file opm.db in opm_old.db

• Not installed uninstalled trial version my original version

  I recently downloaded and used the trial version of Publisher 2007, which also installed any more Office 2007 on my computer. After the end of the trial period, I uninstalled the downloaded file then, but now my original office suite that came on my computer (Office XP Professional with FrontPage version: 10.0.2627.0) does not work. I don't have the original disc supplied with the computer, now I can't reinstall.

  Have you tried a system restore to the point before you uninstalled programs?  Try it and let me know.  Good luck!

  Adobe does not support case-sensitive file system - never. Apple does not recommend running a software application on a volume of case sensitive - that always makes me wonder why they offer it.
