  What I'm going to describe is difficult to type, so I hope that you can open this page on your tablet.

  Select (0) and copy the following text on your Tablet if possible to avoid the excesses of type:

  (1) open a new tab to Subject: config (type about: config the Awesomebar and hit the arrow go or tap Enter).

  (2) in the search box, type agen and make a pause while Firefox filter list

  (3) scroll down to the bottom and look for a preference named general.useragent.site_specific_overrides and confirm that it has its default value true. If it is set to false, press the reset button for it back to true.

  (4) scroll back up and press the big button "+" to the left of the search box to add a new parameter

  (A) the name of the preference must be general.useragent.override.google. com (for all Google sites) general.useragent.override.mail.google. com (for Gmail only)

  If you type this, beware of the correction automatic insertion of spaces and be sure to remove those.

  If paste, remove the part after that.

  (B) on the right side, type Boolean and in the popup, change it to a String

  (C) the value of the preference should be Android; Tablet; #Android; Mobile; -in other words, substituting Mobile for Tablet.

  If you type, pay attention to the excess spaces.

  If gluing, remove the preference name and extra space before this part.

  (D) then click on create

  If you open https://mail.google.com/ must now use the mobile layout.

Now my voice messages are gone from the hub and I don't even understand notifications whenever someone leaves me a voice message. I called Verizon and they were not able to help.   I had the same problem as you - including voice mail option missing to add to the hub.  No amount of battery pulls or re - start has helped.  Here's what worked for me: go to settings and turn voicemail Visual.  Agree monthly fees of $2.99. Wait 5 minutes as stated then compose yourself and leave a voice message or both.  You'll notice the Visual Voicemail icon (and the message indicator) now appears in the hub.  Return to the configuration and disable my visual voicemail.  Your regular voice mail and test messages, should stay now.  Do not know if you/I'll get accused the $2.99 for 10 minutes of visual voicemail, but it will be useful to come back to regular voicemail.  I hope this helps.  Post back with your results.

  On my facebook z10 is not listed in the hub. The app is still installed and running. It is not possible to install it as an account when I got to settings > accounts (facebook is not listed). I had facebook listed in my hub before I upgraded 10.3.1.

  I solved the problem!

  I had to delete the facebook account of my settings (making sure to back up my contacts before hand), and then add the new account. It's a bit of a pain, because you might lose some contact information in the process. Do not forget to save!

  My yahoo mail inbox is super small. I have a full screen, but the view is so mini, that I can't even read it with a glass of magnifiy. Can I visit any other web page, and all are normal. I can use my counter top and my email is normal also. So, it has something to do with the lap top. Is a HP Pavilion G6, Windows 7-64 bit I've owned it for 15 months now.

  I tried a system restore and that didn't help.

  Tried to click on settings in the email, but do not understand what is there and yet once I can view my emails normally on my counter top, is on my lap top it is tiny. Even if I click on an email is too small to read.

  This feature is by design, custom messages alert applies to all messages (email, SMS, MMS), there is no option to specify TEXT of e-mail when you customize the alert contact.

  Resolved, had to repair the Z10 with the PC!  Would have thought that upgrading software would have saved the environment so that this step was not necessary (played with this for several weeks and market).
