  Hi guys
  
  1. can you give me advice on how to test or troubleshoot the workflow notification mailer?
  
  I'm trying to get Oracle alert (ALR) working with the sender of the notification. When the sender/listener is down the simultaneous program ends and I can see it 'generated' out. but when I turn on the earpiece of the notification and the mailer, it error "the program finished, return the State-1073741502 code." I'm sure that the sender is not working properly. I installed a free mail server to test this situation and the server is running and successful validation workflow mailer Setup. (Rel 12.1.1 on win32)
  
  2. I can't view the log of the sender of the notification through AOM. Can anyone suggest where to find?
  
  3. BTW, I was hoping I can just jump emails have have alerts notifications of publication as other notifications of workflow, but it does not seem possible. Is it?

  First of all I apologize for the users here because I have to repost this. May be that I did not ask good question last time

  Currently, my users received approval of expenditure or requsition of internet in an e-mail message with an attachment and when users open the attachment the Oracle open and let HTML page click on approve or reject. It works very well to the outlook office e-mail. But when users receive email on iPad that the attachment does not open. It gives the blank page.

  Can someone advise how the user can approve notification of workflow of the iPad.  It's my analysis to our requirement. Can someone advise I am on the right track. If there is no document available Oracle then please provide the detail doscument or sequence of doscument that I need to follow

• Oracle EBS notification workflow

  I have a very strange problem with the workflow notification Oracle EBS. All users receive workflow notifications in their email (associated with the management of absences, irecruitment and other self service related applications). I have observed that these notifications will only over e-mail intended for surveillance roles. I created some roles of SSHRC-based position but any notification sent to any role based position does not have to mail the user, but only in the universal inbox. Then any notification RFP/op is not also going to e-mail. I tested all my configurations and since users receive notification of SSHRC which means there is no problem with e-mail or behavior of mail server configurations. Can any body guide me as what to do or how to solve this?

  I have a notification of expense report workflow that I have an error, while was on the run to SYSADMIN. For some reason, she 'delegated' notification to another Oracle user unrelated (not the depositing expense report Manager).   I'm working on a 12.1.1 System. My users have begun to complain that they were not receiving email. Workflow Mailer looked normal in all aspects, and I sent a test message, which received normally. I started to look for answers and cam across the following note.

  And this query showed me that all my reviews had been changed from "HTMLMAIL" to the "QUERY" in the last two weeks (a clone made several weeks ago does not match). This brings me to 2 questions.
  
  (1) which would prevent them from having e-mails sent to them? My guess is Yes.
  (2) how would such a change in coverage could occur? Is it possible to say how it happened?

  There are a few problems reported on Metalink (see Note: 557294.1) that could be relevant, but I couldn't find anything related to the output that you are running. So, you can connect an SR and see if there are any reported bugs/problems.

  I have a requirement in R12.1.3 where we send same email Notification multiple identification of in Oracle Workflow. Get us identification of email running for each transaction.

  Current workflow process is notification is sent to an email Id which we capture at the transaction level. But now the Client wants to enter multiple Emails separated by commas.

  Please guide / suggest that the way in which we can send multiple Emails notification. How we deal with several e-mail id

  An Option I can think of is to use the loop in the flow work create separate role for each Email Id, then pass it to the Notification in the loop. But do not know if it works or not. Y at - it another option that we can try.

• E-mail is not get triggered through workflow

  Hi all

  E-mail is not triggered through workflow mailer. We have configured the notification workflow. All 3 components of the Workflow Manager are running

  The problem is with and send us mail using telnet and mail triggered successfully. The same is not get triggered through workflow.

  We did the telnet to the smtp server of the concurrent server.

  Telnet 172.15.7.20 25

  We are able to send mail successfully using [email protected] . We received the letter. I have a screenshot which I can not attached it.

  SMTP server is windows server and is configured for simultaneous server and am able to Telnet to competitor and no application server.

  Here is the configuration made envelope of workflow.

  outgoing e-mail account

  Outgoing Protocol - SMTP server - which I am above for telnet

  the name of the outgoing server - smtp server - which I am above for telnet

  Incoming email account

  Incoming - IMAP protocol

  incoming server name - name of the concurrent server - where I'm able to telnet to the smtp server.

  Sender of the notification is also come without any question though mail is not have triggered.

  Please suggest if I'm missing something or that I have to configure something else.

  Detail ENV-

  Version of DB - 11.2.0.4

  Apps vesrsion - 11.5.10.2

  Both are on linux. SMTP server is a windows server.

  Apps and simultaneous are separate server.

  The issue was due to incorrect smtp server. We put simultaneous server node information in the smtp part.

  After the smtp server ip address, mail to fires.

  PL post Details of the operating system, database and versions EBS. You can reproduce this mistake systematically? I assume you mean that you get this message when you click the email notification. If so, pl see if these MOS Docs can help you
