Object not valid name tincan

I'm trying to stream video from a Flash Media Server using AS3. I get an error that I can't understand. In my NetStatusEventHandler I get event code "NetStream.Play.Failed. The error is: "object not valid name tincan (stream ID: 1)" it means absolutely nothing to me and I could not find any documentation on the meaning of this error.

PROBLEM SOLVED: I was including the name of the file in the URI of the NetConnection.connect() method

NOTE: I also posted this in the Flash Media Server forum because I didn't know where this issue better adjustment.

YES, YOU ARE EXACTLY RIGHT.  This is used if often it is supported.  I see 2 reasons why you want to do that while I type.

    1. you want to unload the source database and the target database is going to do some work for export on a running target database will unload everything from writing to the dumpfiles, by writing to the main table, etc.

    2. If your source database is read-only, so you cannot run Data Pump export on this as Data Pump creates a table and writes in this table.  If you have a different database, for example target a database, you can run expdp on it, because it is read-only and the source database cannot be read from.

So yes, you can do it.  I don't know what the problem with your dblink, but it works and is supported.

I am trying to test In - App, but I can not able to test it.

I've implemented this code. and after that for the test test in the BlackBerry World sandbox.

I downloaded my app as a project and added my a/c in the sandbox sand.

I can't find my device app on AppWorld.

When I add ContentID (virtual goods Id) in development mode.

I can see my good virtual but there is a "Not available for this device" message in red.

When I test my application through debugging I get this message "the object you requested is not valid."

I also checked the version of the device and the build version. My version of the device is greater than my build version.

    I downloaded yesterday...

    Thanks for your reply...

    I found the solution...

I tried to search for the application by name...

I think that he did not like something in the build of the server. Help!

I don't know that I did it is clear enough. The new VM script seems to work, it creates a new virtual machine.

But eventually, every setting change that I try to do on the virtual machine, I get an error stating that "the operation is not valid due to the current state of the object."

It seems to take the configuration but then I noticed he tried to start, but it started getting the error that I put in the screenshot.

To me, that shows that it is trying to boot from the CD, because it is a Windows error.  Moreover, he just trying to start several times.

Now, I went back and I think that the error "operation is not valid due to the current state of the object" may have been the fact that the VM tried to boot from the CD over and over, this is what is meant by the current state.

I noticed just here, the hosts have 4.1 on them, which does not support r2 Server 2012.

I think we're good.  Thank you!

  • ERROR: New-Snapshot (the operation is not valid due to the current state of the object)

    Hello guys!

I've been googlin everywhere, but impossible to find a solution to my problem. I hope that one of you, qualified people can point me in the right direction :)

I created a powerCLI script to take a snapshot of our most important servers before we do our weekly maintenance. The idea to run the script as regular powershell script and then have

    1. Add snap-ins powercli and connect to virtualcenter servers
    2. ask the VC servers to virtual machines in a perticular folder
    3. Loop foreach on these servers to create a snapshot with the name $snapshotname

Currently, I just do it turn on a test folder that I created in vSphere that contains 3 test VMs:

    • Testmagne1 - normal operation
    • Testmagne2 - I renamed the folder for this virtual machine in the data store to generate an error.
    • testmagne3 - normal operation

Since the servers (not the test servers, but good ones) is the most important servers in our environment, I want to be able to catch exceptions and errors when I run this script. I do this with the Try - Catch - Finally works.

    The strange thing is:

The release of Powershell/PowerCLI is different from the output in VirtualCenter (!)

In virtualcenter, the output is as follows

    • Testmagne1 - snapshot is created successfully - as expected
    • Testmagne2 - the snapshot creation fails because it cannot find the files .vmx - as expected
    • Testmagne3 - snapshot is created successfully - as expected

However, the exit in powercli is slightly different:

    • Testmagne1 - snapshot is created successfully - as expected
    • Testmagne2 - creation of the snapshot fails because it cannot find the files .vmx - as expected
    • Testmagne3 - snapshot fails with the error message: operation is not valid due to the current state of the object - huh?

Apparently once the first error is generated all succeeding VMs get error "the operation is not valid due to the current state of the object"

I've been pulling trying to figure this problem on my hair, but I'm not getting anywhere

Definition - ErrorAction Stop locally on the cmdlet will not solve the problem. We have found and solved the problem and the fix will be available in the next version. Until then, you can use the $error variable to detect whether the cmdlet was successful or not. You can clear the $error variable before calling the cmdlet and check if it's still empty after the call.

  • ORE: the names of columns not valid cost.matrix

I'm trying to use the method odmDT with application costs customized as follows:

    > dt.mod = ore.odmDT (default ~.,credit_train,max.depth=20,cost.matrix=matrix(c(0,1,4,0),nrow=2)

    but I get the error:

    Error in ore.odmDT (default ~., credit_train, max.depth = 20, cost.matrix = error_cost):

ORE: the names of columns not valid cost.matrix

I can't find any documentation anywhere on how exactly this cost matrix must be specified.

    Any help would be appreciated

The value for cost.matrix currently requires a data structure object. The following examples using the NARROW data successfully pass a frame of data for the value of cost.matrix:

    R > NARROW.costs.gender<- data.frame(actual_target_value="">

    PREDICTED_TARGET_VALUE = c("M","M","F","F"),

    COST = c (0.25, 0.75, 0.0, 0.0))

    R > NARROW.costs.class<- data.frame(actual_target_value="">

    PREDICTED_TARGET_VALUE = c (0,0,1,1),

    COST = c (0.25, 0.75, 0.0, 0.0))

    R > dt.mod1<- ore.odmdt(gender="" ~="" .,="" narrow,="" cost.matrix="">

    Summary (DT. MOD1)

    R > dt.mod2<- ore.odmdt(class="" ~="" .,="" narrow,="" cost.matrix="">

    Summary (DT. MOD2)

I filed a bug so this behavior can be evaluated for a future release of Oracle Enterprise R.

Do you tent to run the application with - Djbo.debugoutput = console to get more out of the paper that might help you narrow things down?
Otherwise, you have to go as far as you know: the original Version that you try to insert a new line in. Check what the vo EOs comes then check all the LVS that the VO is a party, and then all environmental assessments all EOs which the VO is the result and so on...

  • niRFSG Initialize.vi error: AWG resource name is not valid

    Hello

I use an SMU-5442 arbitrary signal generator and a PXI RF Upconverter - 5610. The RF PXI-5610 converter is PXI1Slot5 inside the MAX and the SMU-5442 AWG is PXI1Slot7.

    When I gohttp://ftp.ni.com/pub/devzone/epd/rfsg-generate-fm.vi of http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/epd/p/id/5620 , I get the error messages.

For the resource name = PXI1Slot5

    code-1074117675

niRFSG Initialize.vi a session cannot be created because the resource AWG name is not valid. Specifty the resource name of AWG Max by right clicking on the converter, and then select Properties. If you specify the working group through the chain of the Option, make sure that the resource name of AWG is valid.

For the resource name = PXI1Slot7

    code-1074117636

niRFSG Initialize.vi the specified device is not supported by this driver.

which is correct, because PXI1Slot7 is the GTA and the VI is just using the niRFSG screws

When I use a selector instead of the string of the Option, I can only choose the RF PXI - 5610 Upconverter is PXI1Slot5, but I still get the same error message.

A you link them in MAX? In other words, the converter and the working group.

  • Outlook 2002/Windows error message 7: can't open this item. The object is not valid.

I recently bought a new computer (eMachine ET1831-05) with Windows 7 installed at the factory.  I installed Outlook 2002.  My old computer died & I have been unable to export my calendar, contacts, etc., so I'll have to enter everything manually in my new.

When I save a calendar appointment is periodic (for example a birthday) I'm unable to open the appointment.  When I try, I get a message - cannot open this item.  The object is not valid. If I set an appointment that recurs not , everything works fine.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance!

  • Task Scheduler error: "an error has occurred for task reminders - portable home. "Error message: the specified account name is not valid.

    HelloW everyone,

I changed my name to the laptop and now every time I have lunch Planner task, I receive the following error message:

"An error has occurred for task reminders - portable home. "Error message: the specified account name is not valid.

I also have the problem with restore points, so these two issues relate to eachother? How can I solve the problem of the user name.

    Any suggestion and help appreciated

  • The specified account name is not valid, because account names cannot contain the following characters * {} [] +=? *

Original title: can't do user account
I can't do a different account on my windows vista computer.  When I try to make another account, it says this "the specified account name is not valid, because account names cannot contain the following characters * {} [] +=?" "*" even if I don't use any of those what should I do?

the only account on my computer is a guest account, it's a story of administering it. This is - why it doesn't let me make a new account? had this problem for 2 years

    Hello

Try these steps to create a new account:
    a. log on under an account that has administrator privileges.
    b. Click Start.
    c. type the three letters cmd in the search box.
    d. press Ctrl + Shift + Enter
    e. click "Run as Administrator".
    f. type the following commands and press ENTER after each one:
    net users
NET user 'Jack' xxyyzz / add
    net localgroup administrators/add ' Jack'

The first command displays all existing account names.
The second command creates an account named 'Jack' with a password of "xxyyzz".
The third command will make Jack administrator.

When you try to configure a task in Vista Task Scheduler I receive the following error message after you configure all the parameters of the task: "is an error generated for task reminders - Desk Checkout (it's a username on the system, but not one that I'm logged in." (C'est aussi un nom d'utilisateur valide qui vous permet d'ouvrir une session sous) the specified account name is not valid.

    Hi JimErickson

    1. is the computer connected to a domain?
2 have you tried to use the Task Scheduler in another account?
3 have you tried to schedule the task through an administrator account?

It seems that the account you are using doesn't have the rights to schedule the task.

Let us know the answers to help you best.

  • On initial Setup, I enter a computer name using only valid characters and get an error message saying that some characters are not valid.

I installed Win7 using a .wim that I used successfully several times before. The .wim is on my USB and the computer is not connected to the network. Using a disk to start Windows PE and imagex, I applied the image. When Windows 7 was started for the first time and prompted me to a computer name, I entered a name with only lower and upper case characters. An error message told me that some characters that I had used were not valid and listed the characters not valid, which I had used.

What is my next course of action?

I did a hard reboot and Windows later accepted my computer name.

    This has been resolved.

  • BES10: Entry-Point-Name in the file descriptor META-INF/MANIFEST. MF is not valid

    Hello

We have a Headless, built using 10.3 SDK Blackberry app. It has two parts. User interface and service without a head. We are able to package, sign (using the certificate of the company) and test it on BB 10 devices. Up to now, we use chrome extension 10 BB playbook/App manager to install the application on the device, but today when I tried to publish the App via our system's internal BES10 I get following error.

    • The "Entry-Point-Name" attribute with the value 'Background to the ExampleApplication Service' in the file descriptor META-INF/MANIFEST. MF is not valid.

It seems that BES10 Server loved point of entry for background service but don't know why? It works fine when download us it via the chrome extension 10 BB playbook/App manager. Attaching sanitize bar - descriptor.xml for reference.

Yes, it seems that there are limitations on the maximum length of the name of the application when published by BES (25 characters). Strangely affecting 'Point-name entry' to less then 25 characters solves the problem.

  • [Build ripple failed] The resource name is not valid

    Hello guys,.

I have problems with my application using ripple of packaging. It continues to produce [Oh Snap! [Build request failed with the message: invalid application [ERROR] (Archives) - name of the resource are not valid (img/[email protected])] error.

I'm guessing a reoccurrence of an old bug as tneil well said in this post , so I used the latest version of the SDK (BlackBerry WebWorks SDK 2.2.0.15), but the error persists.

Please note that I used Ripple many times before with the "-" on the names of file deleted on my mind, which is probably the reason why I've not encountered this earlier but it's just that I'm importing pre-made images with strict naming conventions (with a "-") so I can't go and rename them.

Here is a screenshot of ripple.

    Any help would be appreciated.

There are special characters that are not supported in the names of embedded resources for an application running on the BlackBerry Smartphone platform.

I think that is one of these characters not supported
