• iMac will not fall asleep

  My iMac will not fall asleep, well put me in mode 'sleep' manually or automatically after 10 minutes of sleep. The screen will be disabled for a few seconds up to a minute and then wake up to the top. I have restored the default settings in the energy saver to try to fix it. The problem occurred yesterday, but I've never had this problem before. I did not any changes to settings or my computer until this problem occurred. Any help would be greatly appreciated. • Skype messages are not fall properly

  I have had this problem since I decided to update my Skype yesterday with a bunch of my friends. I am extremely frustrated since I've tried everything, even raising the solution online and can't find literally any form of solution to the problem. My computer did an update of the entire system today, and who has not yet fixed it.

  What's most frustrating is that I'm the only person in my group of friends who has this problem.

  I feel that this could be a problem on the end of Skype, because something would have set the right solution? Its a little too rediuclous otherwise and there is no direct answers other than go back to the old version - which is not an answer, it's a temporary solution which does not allow to make calls from Skype with friends with the latest version (almost everyone).

  However, what I have is not just with groups, its also with private conversations. I'll post a message and then someone will answer and it will be right above me until a minute passes, and then it returns to normal until I post again.

  For example, instead of this:

  -Message from a friend

  -My Message

  -Answer to a friend

  Its like this:

  -Message from a friend

  -Friend (e) response (slot the message)

  -My Message

  Notifications will not mark as read, or it will be glitchy and unequal to the point where only a few messages are marked down or it will mark all messages but the most recent, so I right click and select 'mark as read' manually constantly. This becomes very annoying and frustrating, especially since I don't know how to solve the problem, and all together does not allow to type unless you have an insane amount of patience and tolerance.

  I tried to clear my cookies too, I tried to go through all my settings. I refuse to do anything rash to try to solve this problem, which is a serious problem, but I have not seen something recent which is being addressed or resolved. So please help? I'm really confused by this because I can't talk to my friends, and its preventing groups that I have for the personal community forum the cats that I am. Its very frustrating. x x I'm really sorry this is long but I am at a complete and utter loss.

• The FM volume do not fall below 50%

  I just bought a Sansa Clip + 8 GB. I have not yet updated the firmware, but I find a strange volume, with which I hope someone can help. The volume for music actually heard in the earphones can be filed smooth 100% zero & follows closely the Visual of the position of the volume, but for the FM volume radio bar drop 100% to about 50% and rest then to 50% in the ear phones, even when the volume bar decreases smoothly to zero. When the bar of volume actually hits zero the sound goes out in headphones.  I tried to reduce the volume to near zero in music mode & then to move to the FM band. The volume bar stays close to zero, but the volume of the headphones rises to 50%. I say this because visually, the bar lengthens, the headphones volume remains constant until the bar reached 50% & the noise increases so as usual.

  Can someone suggest a remedy for this oddity of volume FM?

  Thanks for the replies! Yes, I found your posts about this tapeworm in the chain of the firmware right after that I posted my question, namely that it was a bug. I now see this string it has indeed been resolved. I will update my firmware immediately. Appreciate all the information.

  I bought Windows 7 as soon as it was available in stores. I installed it and after using it for a few days, I noticed that my usb devices are not selectively suspending to save energy, as if they were in the release candidate of Windows 7 version.   The default value of the change listener, it fires if something is changed.
  as the index is 0 before AND after there is no change.
  You must adapt your application logic to that.

• Clips do not fall on the timeline

  I first pro CC and just load clips into a new project. None of the clips will fall into the program window or the timeline panel. I make a circle with a cross through it, when I try to drag and drop.

  I've never had this problem with any material in previous versions of first.

  The clips will play fine in the source window when I drop them.

  I'm having a problem with version CS3 help that I have been unable to solve.
  
  It should be a simple solution, but in this case, it doesn't seem to be.
  
  I have a Web site allowing to sit on a certain URL, let's say www.developmentserver.ie/mycustomer.
  
  I contribute pointing to this site in order to test how it works with the new Web site.
  
  Now the site is online and has been moved to its new location at www.mycustomer.com.
  
  However when I remove the old connection of the "my connections" Panel and then add it with the new powers Contribute it to point to the original url of www.developmentserver.ie/mycustomer. At no time during the configuration of the new connection did enter this URL.

  I think the thing you need to check is the home page defined in your role.

  1. from the main menu go to > Edit > administer websites
  2. go in users and roles
  3. Select your role, then click "edit role settings.
  4. in this screen find "home page for users in this role" and display to the right url

• W500 will not fall asleep

  I was wondering if anyone knows a reason/quick fix for this. Whenever I close my W500 (Vista 32-bit, terrible I know) it will go to sleep for 10 seconds before waking to the top; He did the same thing when I click on standby or Hibernate in the start menu.

  I checked my power settings, the settings so that the laptop should do when closed, etc., but nothing seems to work.

  Any ideas?
