  1. when exactly you receive this error?

  2. don't you make changes to the computer before this problem?

  You can try to rename the catroot2 folder and check if it helps.

  Step 1:

  a. Click Start and in run type C:\windows\system32 and click ok

  b. find the Catroot2 folder. Right-click on Catroot2 and rename it to Catroot2.old

  If you are not able to do the normal mode, try to start in safe mode and rename

  If you are unable to access the catroot2 folder, and then try to change the permissions on the files and check if it helps.

  3. check if the printer is shared or not?

• The cube update fails with an error below

  We are facing this problem below when planning application database update. We've been refreshing the database daily, but all of a sudden the error below appeared in the newspaper. The error is something like below:
  
  
  The cube refresh failed with the error: java.rmi.UnmarshalException: error demarshalling return; nested exception is:
  java.io.EOFException
  
  
  During the updating of the database is manual workspace, the updating of the database that happens successfully. But when the unix script, its lift the above error.

  The problem is resolved.

  I used an alias in dns for the ldap_url property name. In Java 1.5, the dns alias name has been resolved to the real dns name. It can't even solve it in Java 1.6 and 1.7.

  A real dns name change solved the problem.

• The logon process failed to show safety and connection options when ctrl alt delete is pressed.

  When I start my laptop, windows 7, I think that 64 - bit and it starts normally but after a second, I can't click anything on my taskbar and I can click on the Start button but nothing in it. I can't right click on the toolbar to start the Task Manager or press ctrl shift esc. When I press ctrl alt del, it will take a few seconds to load then the screen will go black and say that the logon process failed disppay of safety and connection options when ctrl alt delete is pressed. When I click on one of the icons on my desktop, there was the circle of rotation as if his tent but then going to give up. The problem started a few days ago and I did a system restore to 2 days before it happened and it changed nothing. I have avast and found no virus and I had a legitimate registry cleaner/Fixer and ran both in safe mode and found about 360 registry errors and starts normally again and the same problem persists.
