  I have problems setting up my site to go live. Here's what I've done so far:

  (1) built the site and pushed it live

  2) updated the site

  (3) put in place a GoDaddy domain name

  (4) set up servers on GoDaddy

  (5) put in place the account information associated with British Colombia

  And then... nothing.

  I then removed from the area and tried to repeat the process, in case I missed something, but now I can not put in place a new area and get the error "field already exists. Please delete all the records associated with this area. What records? What does this even mean?

  Anyone can guide me please you through the steps to get this live site?

  When you host your site on a multitude of third party, you must load your FTP host site using the file > Upload Ftp host and then do some domain points to your hosting server with the help of your hosting provider.

  First of all - I am a novice in that kind of stuff so any help is much appreciated, while I watch through this. I am the owner of my domain through Google domains and I try to the host through the Adobe Business Catalyst with my custom domain name: outercoastseafood.com. I changed what I thought was the correct DNS settings in Google, but after waiting 48 hours there is still nothing available. Google settings are:

We already had a website hosted on Wix with the Verio domain name. We closed the Wix site has received and has changed the name of the server in Verio to point to the new site of catalyst for business, but every time I try and add the domain to the site I get an error message. It is said "error: domain name already exists."   That error means that the domain name is already in the system of catalysts for the company. Is it possible that you tried implementing a different Business Catalyst site with the domain name?

  So I bought a domain to hostgator.com name and I had accommodation for her but then I changed the domain name so that I could use the previous domain name I had bought on a new Web site. Please delete all the records associated with that domain name before adding it again it." I don't know what to do any help?

  There must be some leftovers so this area in British Colombia. In this site or another site.

  Start to remove completely all DNS settings and try again. Make sure that you remove the txt record so be thorough.

  IF this doesn't work, log a support ticket with BC and let them know the issues with screenshot. They will find the site that is set up with this url and remove it.

  To achieve this, remove the domain from the old site so which was met with BusinessCatalyst and have the domain added to this site, to do this follow the steps mentioned below:

  Could you please confirm, you get the error message and either when adding domain in the file > export to HTML or file > download on FTP host option or if there is another place, you are referring to?

  I checked and the export and download of FTP options both accept accented characters in the domain name field.

  I bought the hair4specialevents.com domain to GoDaddy and also created a temporary site of the same name held in BC. I'm trying to take the direct site so that people can go to hair4specialevents.com (no need to enter the hair4specialevents.businesscatalyst.com).

  I finished the first part of the referral process to the servers of BC: the GoDaddy site I bought the domain name and he stressed the 15:00 name servers ns1.world... etc.
