  Print early in life cartridge stoppage more likely would be a clogged vent.  See here for more information, don't forget to check the vents.  If that does not resolve the issue post here can help.

  Unfortunately, the printer does not print until the replacement of the yellow ink. There is no work around for low ink message.

  Status: Cannot print print, web pages in eith B & W or color.  I have updated driver SW, paper, ink, connectivity, computer restarted after SW update, printer reset after SW update.

  Detail: I am able to print the test page of the HP utility without problem with color.  However, when I select an email for example, the printer takes paper and seems to be the impression (movement/noise), but is released without anything printed and no error message on the device or in the printer status window.

  We will reset the printing system, repair disk permissions, add the printer using the driver and try to start a new search.

I will never buy another HP printer. And on the Canon Wireless Setup was easier. A button called easy set up on top of the printer and BAM done. * beep * HP, * beep * indeed.

  Please, try the following steps to see if it will help solve the problem. Ignore the titles of 2nd & 3rd documents.

  This is the 3rd time having problems on "black" even printing ink isn't empty (but the level is low, like a quarter left).  In the previous cases, I replaced the cartridge and the problem resolved.

  The 2nd time was last week.  After I changed the cartridge, it worked (for only 1 week) and the problem is back.  As the ink is full this time and it worked fine when I just changed it, I suspect it is the problem of my printer instead of the cartridge.

  I did clean the print head and align the print heads, but the problem persists.  Please advice solution.  Thank you!

  I hope that the printhead has no need replace. I would like to look at this document on faulty production for your printer model.  I know some steps here mentioned you already make. Please just read / ignore those and try the ones you have not yet completed.  It presents various ways to clean the print head; If you have just done the cleaning of the box tools, I'd defiantly that manual.   Ok. This is what worked for me. I bought a HP 8600 PRO Wireless today, Sam's Club set it up to print plain paper. Everything was fine. Then I got stock index impression of disorder, 65 lb, 175 g/m2. I kept getting an error "on paper." I changed the mediaprinting preferences: card stock and less paper size: letter of card index. The printer looks bad pick up the first two pages, but then picked up the other four pages and printed. A total of six pages printed on 65 lb, 8.5 "x 11" card stock. I hope this works for you all.

  Hi jim: I just had the same problem a few minutes ago. After having gone through all the troubleshooting steps, I realized it was all just a bad cartridge. The PIN on the printer heads were not reading the new cartridge, so nothing in black print could be printed. I installed a new black cartridge and I could resume my printing projects. I then contacted the HP store directly to report the faulty cartridge while they could send me a new, that I won't be out of pocket for a cartridge I bought directly from them.
