  May be a corrupt .plist.

  Make a backup, preferably 2 backups on 2 separate drives.

  Quit the application.

  Go to Finder and select your user folder. With this Finder window as the windshield, select Finder/display/display options for presenting or order - J.  When the display options opens, check "show the library folder. This should make your visible user library folder in your user folder.  Select the library. Then go to Preferences/com.apple.iChat.plist.  Move the .plist on your desktop.

  Restart your computer, open the application and test. If it works fine, delete the plist for the office.

  If the application is the same, return the .plist where you got it, crushing the latest.

  If this does not work, repeat the above, but remove the com.apple.imagent.plist

• Messaging application displays all offline contacts

  Hey guys!

  Tried searching for an answer, but could not find anything on this issue:

  When he signed and connected to the e-mail application that displays my contacts as offline, even if they are online if I connect to windows live messenger on my laptop.

  It loads to the top of my list of contacts, but as I said, shows them all offline.

  Any help is appreciated more, I love this camera!

  I think I found the problem. It seems that all my Contacts Windows Live are now displayed in Skype, I've linked my Skype account on my hotmail account earlier in the process, and something has gone wrong.

  My solution was to uninstall as COLIENNE V has suggested, then delete Skype too. Messenger to remind all of my settings and everythinig is very well now. Just don't link your Skype Messenger.

  I registered online, but Messenger shows me offline contacts.

  Tried to uninstall and reinstall MSN, it did not work. So I created a new test hotmail account, and there is no problems with MSN on the new account.

  When I login to messenger with my old account (now defective), the e-mail page looks a bit messy and the contacts list overlaps records.
  This does not happen with the new account created test.

  It is not question of MSN platform, this is the account number.

  It will be very difficult to just switch to a new account. Help, please...

• List of Skype contacts for professional users not visible "online".

  It seems as if Skype for business contacts do not appear in the 'online' contact list (see screenshot below), whether they are online, away, or busy. If I'm going to 'All' list of contacts, the Skype for business contacts immediately appear.

  One solution is to leave the list of contacts 'All' and hide offline contacts contacts-> hide Contacts which-> are offline.

  This workaround is good, I think that it is much easier to use the drop-down contacts list, to go into the menu to display all contacts.

  The "online" option will not hide that Skype for business contacts, but also group chat contacts. Using the option "hide Contacts which...» "will show all online contacts (Inc. Skype for business) as well as group chat contacts.

  I have not tried any of them.

  I have not heard of gmail is not importing the contacts without email.

  If you want to import your contacts on your phone and then it sync from there, to your gmail account, follow these steps to enable synchronization with gmail before you import the contacts. If you do not need to sync with gmail contacts, that you don't have to follow the steps I've linked to.

  Contacts added to the phone will be synchronized with the Motoblur server, but you do not have access to modify or create groups. Contacts don't sync with Motoblur must be edited on the phone.

  Please take what works for you.

  I have instaleed version 2003-2012 skype6.0.0.126

  laptop is a 64-bit windows

  Desktop is 32-bit windows

  any offline contacts on my office have active green video call. It's the same contacts in the laptop and the same status offline. But the video call in Skype to laptop is dark and inactive.

  I also tried to install the most recent version in the laptop and it's same thing

• ! -All the Skype Contacts appear offline on my PC only

  A few hours earlier, I encountered a problem where all my contacts were shown offline on my contact list, as if I had lost the connection to Skype. However, I'm still 'online' for Skype, rather than having the reconnect icon blue because it would be.

  I use my PC and my Android for Skype phone, and the phone still works with Skype. I tried to uninstall / reinstall Skype on my PC, change the password to connect all accounts, deleting temporary files, files of Skype (then replace it with the old Skype files after a clean reinstall) homelessness and nothing seems to fix the problem. Are there other solutions?

  I've seen reports of this GB fixed for months to years, and I was afraid of the occurrence even for me. But due to a stroke of luck and staying 'in line' all my contacts just seem to reopen in recently at all. Then at all in the future that run in this post and issue: try to stay a few hours in the hope that everything will be refresh on its own. [and I hope that you are not an urgent need to use Skype on this particular device].

  It is perhaps online but with the Invisible State. Right click on its name in the contacts list, and then select call. When she answers the call, you can try to turn on your webcam.
