  The question just about everything said.  I have an animation made in Flash CS6 I included in a pdf document.  If I'm online, all is good: I can run the animation in the PDF using Acrobat (X) or Acrobat Reader (11.0.11.18).  If I am offline, however, I can't get the animation embedded to run in Acrobat or Reader, but he plays very well in free-standing format in the drive of standalone Flash (11.4.402.265).  Another animation seems OK; I'm suspecting something with fonts, but I'm having a devil of a time out conclusion which fonts are not get shipped - here an easy way to tell?  Or it could be something else?   Download, install, execute, update and perform analyses complete system with the two following applications:

  • MalwareBytes (FREE)
  • SuperAntiSpyware (FREE)

  Remove anything they find.  Reboot when necessary. (You can uninstall one or both when finished.)

  Search online with eSet Online Scanner. Delete everything is found.

  Restart the computer.

  I think I found the problem. It seems that all my Contacts Windows Live are now displayed in Skype, I've linked my Skype account on my hotmail account earlier in the process, and something has gone wrong.

  My solution was to uninstall as COLIENNE V has suggested, then delete Skype too. Messenger to remind all of my settings and everythinig is very well now. Just don't link your Skype Messenger.

  May be a corrupt .plist.

  Make a backup, preferably 2 backups on 2 separate drives.

  Quit the application.

  Go to Finder and select your user folder. With this Finder window as the windshield, select Finder/display/display options for presenting or order - J.  When the display options opens, check "show the library folder. This should make your visible user library folder in your user folder.  Select the library. Then go to Preferences/com.apple.iChat.plist.  Move the .plist on your desktop.

  Restart your computer, open the application and test. If it works fine, delete the plist for the office.

  If the application is the same, return the .plist where you got it, crushing the latest.

  If this does not work, repeat the above, but remove the com.apple.imagent.plist

  Have you seen this in management applications setting?  That's a lot of memory.  I don't know why he would use so much.  I checked my and he used only 4 KB.  You should be able to empty by clearing the data.  Press Menu-> settings-> Applications-> manage data applications-> Menu-> Filter-> All-> Contacts-> Clear-> OK.  I tried this on my phone just to make sure that you don't lose anything and I didn't lose any contacts or information.  When I did this it dropped to 0 for a short period and is then returned to its original 4 KB.  I exported my Contact list on the SD card just as a precaution.  You can do this by opening the Contacts application and then tap Menu-> Import/Export.  I hope this helps.
