I have Windows 7 and I get this message every time I start my computer...

The program cannot start because sqlite3.dll is missing on your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem.

How can I get rid of him?

SQLite3.dll means SQLite, a lightweight SQL database engine.

SQLite is used by several popular software - and I think some software need to use SQlite is installed on your computer and is set to start when the system starts.

Press the Windows key + R, type in msconfig and press the Enter key. Select the tab "start". Now, uncheck an entry, click OK and restart your computer. If you still receive the error message, open msconfig again, check the entry you previously unchecked and uncheck another entry, click OK and restart.

Continue to do so until you discover unchecking what entry causes the sqlite3.dll lack error disappears. Post here some details on this boot entry.

Furthermore, according to the http://sqlite.org/mostdeployed.html McAfee products using SQLite. If your computer came with preinstalled McAfee and you uninstalled, it is possible that some parts of it were left after uninstalling. Try using the McAfee removal tool , and then restart your computer. If you are currently using any McAfee product and face problems with components such as the antivirus, try using McAfee Removal Tool, and then reinstall McAfee product.

This is a screenshot of the error:Untitled-1.jpg

think this error message comes from a third-party provider Shutterfly plugin.  See this thread: internal error [Archive] - Lightroom Forums

I found a third plug I use LR CC and my called Ipad4 Photo Via must have been the problem. I disabled it under 'Services to publish' and the problem disappeared. I will try to reinstall later because I liked it on the Ipad to show friends photos. Thank you John and others who took the time to help.

Then I updated my BIOS to version 2.4e, 01-dec-08 Phoenix (the SMBIOS version remained the same before 2.4), but the issue is not resolved. I have attached a screenshot for processor and BIOS versions.

Can someone guide me on how to solve this problem?

Thank you very much in advance.

I don't see the screenshot of your post attachments. Please repost them.

This error message means that WHAT BIOS is damaged. You will need to have the BIOS flashed in a mobile shop, repair a BIOS or an HP Service Center. Do a search online with Google or Bing repair for a BIOS.  If you keep trying to update the BIOS there will come a time where everything you have a black screen.

  • Every time I start ck dsk runs in Windows 7?

    Original title: Check Disk

Every time I start ck dsk runs in Windows 7. How do I turn it off?

    Hello

There may be a corrupted registry entry regarding the error checking.

    1. create a system restore point:

Windows 7 - START | type create | Select "create a Restore Point.

    2. after the restore point creation:

    Start > Search > regedit > HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\BootExecute

Once you find it, remove this value.

After doing this, reboot and see if it stops running chkdsk.

    Kind regards

  • (Legitimate) -Pop-up Windows every time you start Firefox

So, lately every time I start Firefox, the new browsing session retrieves the pop-up windows during previous sessions (since the last time or even some of love it, three days ago), I long closed down. My boot option was always "show my windows and tabs from last time ' who used to do exactly this: pick up the tabs I had open or start with a new blank tab if I had opened. Now, however, whenever I open FIrefox I get different windows of previous sessions.
The problem here is that this doesn't SEEM to be a malware issue because I don't get weird ad/questionable windows but "legitimate" pop ups I me remember I started personally is to say a photo or an image of a trusted site that opened in a new window or a help section on amazon.com , etc.
This is a first and as you can imagine it has become very annoying. I use Firefox 25.0.1.
    Any ideas? Thank you!

Hello waydown, maybe the files in your profile folder that contain session restroe data was corrupted - perhaps trying to remove them, so that they can get regenerated properly next time: go in firefox > help > troubleshooting information, click on file/show profile folder and close all firefox windows later. a windows Explorer window should open up - in there remove all files starting with sessionstore ...

    Question
On the right of the adressbox, I always have Yahoo then Google, how can I solve that, I already delete Yahoo from the list in the box search, but every time I start firefox Yahoo is back. Thanks Ron Mijtelen ter, Amsterdam.

    Hi Ron,

Have you looked at article in the Knowledge Base using the search in Firefox bar? There are lots of good information in there. You happen to have an installed Yahoo! toolbar? You must disable or delete as well if you do. Try to start Firefox in Mode safe mode by holding down the SHIFT key while starting Firefox. If you have any problems using the safe, it's a matter of add-on or extension.

    Hope this helps!

  • I get the certificate error every time.

To the right, when I try to access AKO, army knowledge online (www.us.army.mil) I get the certificate error every time.  Not only I got one when I first on the site, but also when I try to access my mail from the army and other features of the site.  I checked the settings of date and time, and they are all correct.  Also, the certification is valid until 2012.  Any help would be greatly appreciated. P.S. I am using XP

It is simply because Microsoft does not charge the military by default root CA certificates.  All you need to do is load the certificates on your computer.  To do this, the instructions are on this Web site:
