  I'm a little confused by your question.  Dreamweaver is an application to create, manage and edit your websites.  If you intend to update content regularly (and you should), you will need an editor for the life of your site.  You will also a FTP application (that contains Dreamweaver) upload files to your server and delete the old files, you no longer need.

  Dream go live?  There is no such app in the cloud creative.

  Many years ago Adobe made an application web design simply called "GoLive" but that the software has been abandoned quite earlier.
