Old HP computer

I know that the chances of finding someone who can answer my question is thin.

I bought a used HP P6243W (that's all I could afford it) and I need to upgrade the processor (and cannot afford to make a mistake)

Website of HP says need me a processor am2 + with a maximum of 95w.

I found a cheap Athlon 64 X 2 7750 Black Edition (am2 + / 95w).

Please if anyone knows please tell me if it will work to the motherboard.

I am not sure that the Black edition will work, however.  If you can find a standard Athlon X 2 7750, it might be preferable.
