Did you accidentally or intentionally set your media cache location or zero or drives on a removable or external drive that is connected is more? Your location of the media cache persists across all Adobe video applications.

Try trashing preferences of SOUL. File which only can be found here:

Then, try the TEA again.

Finally, check your hardware. You have a hard drive that is preparing to fail.

Problem of Premiere Pro update and bug of the SOUL

After I renamed the files and e mptying media in preferences Cache database I thought everything was working, it's up to what I exported my project for updating Adobe media encoder. There was no audio playback from the rendered file and my Canon 5 d clips were absent are not acvhd. It is a multi-cam project and the audio that was used was the acvhd clips. Pretty weird... So I tried to export the project from first to work around the TEA and it worked perfectly.

In the SOUL, please go to Preferences > general and uncheck import sequences in native mode. Then export the sequence from Premiere Pro to SOUL and see if the problem persists.

If this change solves the problem, then we are interested in a copy of the project, if possible, to test.

Dv4-1413tx - no sound after downgrade to xp vista frm

Hello...

I recently bought a HP dv4-1413tx with vista home premium pre-installed on it. I tried it downgrade to Windows XP SP2. Managed to install XP on it but feels a hell of a time with drivers... Especially the audio. There is absolutely no sound. Not even the beeps.

I tried to install UAA audio bus driver first and then the driver of HDTV LSI etc. but still no sound. I spent several hours on this subject...

Peut - some kind soul please direct me on how to go about this case?

I remember that I was in a similar situation some two years back in an attempt to re - install Windows XP on another laptop from my friend. We install everything except the audio. Finally, the technician at the shop could install for us. Now I'm away from the place... So can not go and find out that the man how it install it. It was also a HP laptop only...

I would like to add that the mute button stays red and does not respond when you press.

There is nothing about Audio in Device Manager... Maybe that's the problem.

OptiPlex 790 Mini-Tower bi-ecrans?

I have an Optiplex 790 minitower with Intel HD 2000 integrated and i5-2400 video.

The case has a VGA and Display Port connector, I am currently using the VGA port. I am a student going for a Setup dual monitor and am confused if I can do without having to buy a discrete video card. I read conflicting reports that some say Yes and some do not. Can a kind soul please one way or the other?

I do not use the PC for games, it's a casual work with video and web browsing. I need mainly two monitors for editing multiple files, scripting, programming, database etc..

Embedded video solution of OptiPlex 790 is VGA and DisplayPort compatible at the same time. You can connect two monitors to the computer without adding a discrete card.

On Windows 7 system restore does not

I need system restore to some time before I accidentally deleted a registry HKEY key file/folder. Whenever I try to SR, I get error 0x80073AFC preceded by messages found no missing file of MUI and unspecified error 0x8000FFFF catastrophic failure or impossible to extract the file. I tried all to no effect. I even ran a SFC/ScanNow on BACK to locate the file and I got was "corrupted files have been found, but could not be repaired" and told me to access the log files. When I tried to access them I've denied access. I tried to restore a previous version of the C. / Windows/system32/MUI and then I tried to open the MUI file that open but would not start one of its subfolders. I couldn't find any marked still muisetup.exe and I think that's what I need. Can someone help this poor soul please?

I run Windows 7 on a HP Pavilion using Firefox 3.6.8 Opera 10.60, IE8 and Google Chrome 5.0.375.125 browsers. My main browser is Firefox. Either way, I can create my own restore points but anytime, I chose that I always get this lack MUI, the FFFF error message file or both. I tried HP "chat room", but this feature does not work yet.

Thank you OG and it is the opinion of many others including HP themselves. To be on the safe side, however, I backup everything one last time before making a full recovery again. It is the excellent post from Olav on the creation of Panel for InDesign. There are also "id_host_adapter.swc" which is necessary to create event listeners. Import library:

Feature Request: Please allow us to merge audio with sequence of images in the SOUL.

So far the only programs that allow this (that I'm aware of anyway) are the old version of QuickTime Pro and Apple Compressor. I just want to add a sequence of images to the SOUL and combine an audio track to this sequence of images for export. This would save me one step further. 80% of my work starts and ends in After Effects. I do video editing very little, so most of my export is made of EI and then exported Quicktime or compressor all apply for my clients (most often ProRes for a major version and h264 or x 264 Quicktime files for the web).
It is possible, we could see this feature added anytime soon? Thank you!

When rendering my project from Premiere Pro, it fails always at some point I'm not sure. The State in the SOUL bed box crashes when clicking on document text bed

I really wish that first or SOUL simply tell me at what timecode video does not, how can I go to see what may have caused it. I have all 4 put clips in a sequence multicam. I made successfully before drafts until I ranked all of the clips using Magic Bullet Colorista II, which seems to be the obvious problem, but I can't rework the shore. The problem was 3 Instances of Colorista occurring on a clip. 2 were on the above adjustment layer and the other on the clip. One on the clip was a skintone selection applied in the secondary, so... the problem is either

1. too many cases that occur on the same clip, SOUL probably say NOT CALCULATED

2. some issue with the shade being selected or applied with another instance of colorista on an adjustment layer.

Lesson learned: use a single instance of Colorista, never stack plugins like crazy if you can just use a correctly.
