  Hello! I use a Moto in G (1033 XT retail Asia) running 4.4.4. Before my 4.4.4, update I could see, install and update service Motorola Boot on Google Play store. However, since the update, the application is not visible on the game through my phone store, and on the pc it says that my phone is incompatible.   I've updated to Android 6.0.1 (23.5.A.0.575) on my Z3 Compact (D5803) and I have a problem: I can't update the services Google Play or any application.

  You can try the following.

  1 uninstall the updates of Google Play Store

  2 clear data Google play Services

  3. clear the data from Google Services Framework

  4 restart handset

  5. try to access the Play store.

  IM wondering if what follows will work and allow the application to update properly on peoples phones:

  1. build a new application on construction of pit phone and 'Send' to play store
  2. Remove the build phonegap app
  3. a few months later to make minor changes to the code, create a 'new' app on phonegap build the code
  4. resubmit the application as an update of store to play.

  Sorry if I don't know how to explain myself, im wondering if I do the above process will be android/google see it as a NEW application or an update to an existing application.  The reason why I wonder is phonegap build seems to give a 'App ID"and I don't know if it of just a thing phonegap or is somehow transmitted to google/android.

  As long as the application id is the same, the correctly incrementing version numbers, and even signature keys, game store he sees as an update.

  IM currently having a problem with the download using WiFi on my Z3 speeds, at first I thought it was the phone, but it seems to be located for download from the game store. 16 hours to download 2 GB. Past to 4G and made in 20 minutes.

  I searched the net looking for solutions, is the best I can gather, it is a DNS problem with Google services and will improve if I change Google public DNS settings.

  Question 1: How can I change on the Z3?

  Question 2: What else?

  There is nothing wrong with your phone, the problem is the application, sometimes developers restrict applications for specific phones and/or regions/countries, you need to communicate with them in that regard.

  Have you tried to close all programs and then insert the disc in the drive?

  You have disk problem as the CD/DVD is actually 4 discs in 1 case (burn CD & DVD and CD and DVD read).
