  HP only supports his current consumer notebooks Windows operating system at the time of production of the portable computer, which is now Windows 8.

  My only concern is the graphics driver, but there is no graphics driver W7 HP for this model, there may be a work around...

  What do you mean exactly "not available"?
  I was able to find and download all the drivers for this model of Satellite C55-b1063 PSKT6V from the Toshiba UE driver page. (see screenshot)
