  You should check with the person who arranged the subscription to see what are the conditions for individual users.  Normally, an individual subscription license allows to have two machines with working facilities.  I don't know if the same applies to a subscription of volume / business.

  I thought about getting a Mac Mini to use with a Wacom Cintiq Display(either 22HD or 27QHD) and I was wondering what would be best for the execution of the Adobe programs.

  It seems that most of the people prefer the 2012 Mac mini with the quad core as opposed to the current gen using two hearts.

  This brings me to two questions:

  I see a huge difference between the quad core and dual core in the adobe programs?

  8 GB RAM is enough or should I opt for 16 GB?

  Otherwise, the mac mini may be a poor choice for what I would do, so any feedback is appreciated!

  I was in the chat with Adobe 5 times now for hours in a row and had to re download my times apps and use my data allowance and I'm sick of it! After every time Adobe says: the problem is corrected and I will have no more problems, and that's not true.  The last time I was in the chat was last night and it reassures me, the problem has been solved once more and it worked today and tonight it's the same thing.  I am a student online and am so far behind that I have not been able to use my apps, Illustrator and Indesign as CC keeps having this problem.  I am very frustrated and I don't know what to do.   I am a developer and we use Adobe Reader to view our PDF help files in our application.  For years, we used WinExec() to open Adobe Reader, by specifying the file to open on the command line and it has been working perfectly.  In other words, upward until our users began to load Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.  Despite this work very well when you type a command using CMD.exe, it simply does not help WinExec() from another application programmatically.  Also, I modified the code to try using CreateProcess() or ShellExecute() and these functions do not work either.

  It may have to do with the fact that there is a switch or a parameter now within the DC, but I don't know what it is, or why it happens.  If anyone can shed some light on this it would be much appreciated because it severely hampers our latest version of the software.

  A common cause is not to put quotes on the command line, so instead of

  "c:\program files...\acrord32.exe" "c:\documents and settings\...my file.pdf.

  You write

  "c:\program files...\acrord32.exe" c:\documents and settings\...my file.PDF

  This has always been bad, but older versions it would accept anyway. (It was a recent change but not in DC).

  I would recommend using ShellExecute instead of the command line, however. That simulates a double-click and executes everything the user has created for PDFs (perhaps Reader, Acrobat maybe, maybe something else).

  Thanks for the reply, however it seems to work again after I removed some unused Dreamweaver sites in the section "manage sites" in Dreamweaver.  It may have been a conflict of name or something.

First of all, I uninstalled the trial versions little tAdobe I had, the new software installed and activated with the serial number etc. Everything seemed to install correctly and when I click (windows 7) on the icon in the start menu to Photoshop straight and ask to "PIN to the taskbar", he does, but the icon is empty, it's too for DW.   I thought about it. I found the icon in the folder program files, copied and pasted and then the icon in the start menu, even if the icon appears in the start menu.
