• Police problem - all fonts show as "BOLD" even if the bold has not been successful.

  No matter what I chose to compose e-mail, for example, Times New Roman, size: 12 Pt, police the selected font will appear as if I clicked on the B for the bold. The only size font which DOES NOT appear as "BOLD" is the 8pt font. This problem of police comes little matter the type of font, I chose. For a short time today, the appearance of the police showed that the type was in CAPITAL LETTERS, even if the CAPS LOCK SHIFT key was NOT enabled. I could not return to the low case letters, so I restarted my computer, and only the UPPERCASE function had returned to normal. The "BOLD" type always appears any police, I chose, UNLESS I reduce the font size to 8 Pt, for each single font from the list of fonts in Outlook Express.   JDE v4.6 I and I can't get the "BOLD" Simulator to simulate incoming calls and I can't shout with the phone application.  When I call from the phone app, it says "cannot conect xxxxxxx".

  Anyone have this problem?  4.5 and 4.2 sims work fine.

  Unfortunately, not... the BlackBerry Desktop Software is required to retrieve information about the device protected databases. They are not available in Windows Explorer.

  What is happening with not being able to install DM? Something goes wrong? Or you may even try?

  I finally figured it... It was released as a problem in the encoding of the file...

  It should be UTF8 to read Arabic (and other languages)... I couldn't really change the encoding of the excel sheet, so I just changed the .doc extension and he suggested to move to another encoding...

  I loaded the Software Desktop including Desktop Manager v4.7.  When I connect my "BOLD" via the USB port of my PC, the PC recognizes the new hardware and identifies it as a Blackberry Smartphone.  But when I launch Desktop Manager, it does not recognize the "BOLD", and at the bottom left of the window shows "Connected Device (PIN): No."

  I tried to get AT & T to help, but they say to go to Blackberry help. UGH.  I dropped the "BOLD" of BB and nothing on my cover is cracked or the phone but the play button just won't hold the lid in and I don't see why not.  I won't buy a new cover, if not the cover.  Does anyone have advice outside of the tape?

  cellwiz09 advice has worked to get coverage, but after seeing a colleague with the same phone, I put on its cover and it worked.  So I went on Ebay for a new cover, and we're back in business.  Looks like it was the coverage and not in the spring after all.
