  I have looked at this issue and ran into the same issue you described. I dropped the CAR 482840 for a developer study the matter further. Unfortunately, workarounds only I can think immediately would be to use a ComboBox control or to implement the functionality desired by using a native LabVIEW ListBox.

  Let us know if there is something we can do to help, or if you have other questions about how to implement one of the workarounds. You can still use this CAR number to check the status of the issue, as well.

  You might have the user interface to read and edit the reportoptions config file as the process template (see the source code for modelsupport2.dll in \Components\Models\TestStandModels). But why do you need UI to do this? Why not simply substitute the recall of ModelOptions and he do there?

  What is happening is that you have found a port conflict for the based on the socket NIO and RTMP endpoint points used in the channel definitions in services-config file. XML of your new web application. The problem is that you have end points related to the port in the network of LCD screens and your new web application.

  You can deal with it in two ways:

  Option 1: In the file services - config.xml, look for "RTMP" and "IAN" to find the definitions of strings and to change the port numbers for something slightly different from those used in the LCDs web app.

  2 options: Move the LCDS web application out of the image so it does not get loaded and just use a template for the future web apps. If you do not use it for all your development, there is really no reason that you must load.

  I'll add a note about this to the documentation which speaks of the LCDS web application using as a model.

• fileStream iOS of the multipurpose, insufficient resources error

  Hi all

  I encountered a problem with the help of the FileStream on the iPad. The application we write a lot of downloads of data through a socket connection and we use the fileStream class to write data in the application storage directory using asyncOpen. I use 4.5.1 and Air2.7

  Everything is fine for a bit, and then it crashes with the error of not enough resources. We went on the code, checked with the Profiler to make sure the FileStream in GC and everything works fine on the windows desktop. We even tried on an Android device and its fine. But on the iPad it always hangs after a certain point.

  We did some research more and we know we can write files 1195 (give or take a bit) before it crashes.  We tried using a fileStream object, close it, and then re - use to open another file. We tried using a new instance of fileStream for each file that we write. We tried the batch files to 10,20 or 50 before elimination and to use a new fileStream object... the same thing happens and the blocking occurs at the same point. We also tried different data, just in case it was.

  My belief is that there is something wrong with the implementation of the iOS version which is not free the flow of files on the lower level. I recorded as a bug, but I was hoping by this ad in the forums, I would...

  1. have the error confirmed by someone else. (I will be very happy if its just me.)

  I see this problem on my iPad 2 as well.  When the app I'm developing was just downloading a hundred or so images and write them in the cache directory, it never came to the top.  But each photo library now has 100 + images, and after having sailed in some of the galleries, I get error 3005 on fileStream.  It is with Air 3.1.  I'm going to continue the investigation and later if I find anything.
