Open a new doc/docx/txt in edit mode

I do a soft, that creates a doc/docx/txt file (with qfile, open and close the file, so it's an empty file). Right after that the file is created, I invoke docs to go into edit mode to modify the file. But when open app I get this message 'this file is not a valid file .doc' but if I invoke the preview generator, it opens without any problem, what Miss me?

You did nothing other than following what BlackBerry noted in their docs, but unfortunately the official called doc invoking Core Apps has some errors in section Documents To Go, and I never took the time to write to BlackBerry to let them know.

Fortunately, the errors are pretty obvious if you try to understand what are the target of call used.

So in your example, you want to call app "Word To Go", which is the text of Documents To Go document Manager. But, if you reduce the application that is opened from your invocation, you will notice that you call in fact "Sheet To Go", the Manager of spreadsheet of Documents To Go. Why?

Look at the target of call:
sys.dxtg.STG

'stg' here means 'Sheet To Go'. What you need to do is to replace "stg" by "wind turbines" (Word To Go).

So your code is correct, simply change the target:
sys.dxtg.WTG

I know, you followed the official docs and it says to use the target of ILI, any other said, I find the docs to be precise, most of the time and I continue to read the docs and follow their examples of code, but sometimes mistakes happen (they are written by humans after all) and I'll try to report these errors to the BlackBerry team once I had the time to test them all.

If an administrator account is the account you normally use on the PC?

You simply set up the PC or is it an older account?

User accounts may get corrupted and Illustrator is very special anything. Have you ever tried to create an expense account and use it?

Also: is a printer connected, turned on, updated driver? Illustrator is always looking for a printer.

Well, the Windows API has functions to set the parent of a window window. An example can be found in this thread. I don't know if this will be enough for what you're trying to accomplish.

I'm new to Flash CS4 and have practiced the creation of buttons. I use a JPEG image for the real button. The image changes color and size according to state high or low State or status. Everything is exactly as I want it, but I wish now that I had would add text next to the button to inform the user that the button does when they hover over. That is my question. Create a new layer inside the button Edit mode, create keyframes for the States (above, upwards or downwards) and add text to your icon (e.g.. below).

Method 1.

Appropriating the file and then try to open.

To take ownership of a file, follow these steps:

1.right - click on the file you want to take control and then click Properties.

2. click on the tab Security and then click OK in the security message (if one appears).

3. click on Advancedand then click the owner tab.

4. in the name list, click administrator, or click the Administrators group, and then click OK.

The administrator or the Administrators group now owns the file.

You can try disabling UAC and check.

If you apply password protection successfully, then Acrobat allow not specified changes. The fact that the toolbar is visible is not relevant. Go ahead and try to make changes yourself, and see what happens.

To open a pdf doc in a new window you must navigate in Edition > Preferences > select 'Général' in the Categories list and uncheck the option that reads "Documents open in the new tab in the same window" under the label of the basic tools, and then click OK.

Close the CD player and launch it again.

Links from opening in new tabs?

Since last night, every link I click opens in a new tab, and it's infuriating. I tried to copy paste on: config in my address bar and edit the browser.link.newwindow things properly but that did nothing. Someone at - it other solutions?
Also whenever I got to a certain site (deviantart) it highlights everything on the page if I click once, and sometimes, when I type it will open a new tab or a window or try to make a bookmark, which is really weird

How can I return search box in a new tab? When I open a new tab, it is only to show the address bar.

When I click on + to open a new tab, this tab shows only the address bar, no search box! This problem is created suddenly. I wouldn't try a reinstall immediately. An ordinary reinstall often not made the changes that it would bring.

user.js file will be a small file in your profile and contained text. If copy you and rename user . txt or user.js.txt it will be readable by any word processor, even if Notepad can open it is.

In fact the user.js file will change behavior of Firefox and you want to simply rename temporarily; instead of renaming a copy; in order to disable and see what happens.

Just another thought the usual options used for newtabs
- Subject: white - it's a plain blankpage, no bar to search it.
- Subject: newtab - currently by default has a search bar and the tiles
- topic: home - a search bar and some settings icons etc
You can try one of these out by typing in the address bar Subject: House or whatever, (or try on: subject).

It is has two troubleshooting steps simple which will help, but you don't seem to have tried yet.

First, try fashion without failure of Firefox.

Then... on desktop... .double click on Mozilla... .loads ok
Open a new tab..it loads Bing! & I hate it!

Ive tried;

1.Tools - options - addons - extensions & plugins - cant see anything there?
2. On the small address bar (top right) which allows search engines to be managed - all cleared down except google & yahoo
3. Tools - tab mix plus options - New Tabs - Load on new tabs set to Home Page (doesnt let me change it - greyed out url (conduit.com - see 5 below)
4. Tools - tab mix plus options - New Tabs - Load on new tabs set to new tab Page - displays the url below (5) but if I try to edit it reverts back every time
5. If I enter "about:config" & then "browser.newtab.url" in the URL bar I get

I see no mention of the duct. com in your initial post. It is often a good indication that you will taken place unwanted software.

How can I stop addons to declare that they are updated whenever I have start firefox by opening a new tab for eah addon?

After firefox updated all addons some of them has opened a new tab after restart. This tab has reported that each addon has been updated.
But these tabs keep opening at startup, hiding my homepage and gets boring.

I solved many of them downgrading to an older version, but I can't trouble the Tabmix more tab than guard leader here:

Even without this downgrade, which in fact lead to another page that tells a different version (the one I had demoted to)

EDIT. I wiped out the config to restore it piece by piece.

How can I stop Firefox to return to the previous window, as soon as I open a new window?

In recent versions of Firefox, whenever I chaque fois que j' ouvre opens a new window, as soon as the window opens, Firefox goes back to the previous window, the one that was on the screen before I opened the new window. This is very irritating and not happened in older versions of Firefox.

DOM.disable_window_flip is a true/false preference that determines whether a script in a web page is allowed to change orientation between the windows of Firefox (in general, to be in front, or pop-under by making the window from which it was opened at the front).

By default, this preference is set to true to disable the windows around Web sites to move, but it is possible that the setting has been changed. To view/change this preference, you can use the subject: configuration preferences editor.

(1) in a new tab, type or paste Subject: config in the address bar and press ENTER. Click on the button promising to be careful.

(2) in the Search box that appears above the listfilter, type or paste the flip and make a pause so that the list is filtered

(3) double-click dom.disable_window_flip to light it between true and false.
