Open a .pdf with function 'bridge '. Get Adobe Reader "access denied" message.  Document appear so, but without the ability to 'bridge '.  Where Adobe or Windows Setup access?

Problem the first time yesterday.  Only problem with documents, such as the Internal Revenue Service forms, allowing the filling in and registration.  Day before yesterday, has worked without problem.  OK for years!   Do I need to 'fix' Adobe, or is it a 'switch' in Windows XP (SP-3), who has lost?

Problem disappeared!  Followed the suggestion via the menu Edit-> Preference > Security (Enhanced) and disabled Protected view, as recommend it; also several other protective walls apparent.  After re-booting the computer and restart Adobe, Voila! the problem disappeared, can now 'fill' forms the IRS access and al. Thanks to Sarah for the suggestion!
