Please, try the following steps:
(1) uninstall Adobe CC (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html)
(2) restart the machine.
(3) install the latest Adobe Creative cloud version from the link: CC help | Creative cloud desktop

I downloaded creative cloud with CC Photoshop, Premiere Pro CS6 and DC Acrobat install however Premiere Pro does not open. When open the button is on the other app, the first Pro app said only "up-to-date". If I click this, nothing happens?
check your directory program files adobe > first pro cs6 > first pro.exe file.
(restart the cc app will probably also work.)

I updated my iPhone to iOS 9.3 6s today and now my data and wifi are in place. Whenever I try to open an app or send text messages with data it does not at all. And with wifi, it just works. I tried just like turn roaming off and off and other lte but nothing seems to work at all. Can someone please?

I have this problem:
I installed creative cloud app for Mac months ago, so I downloaded and successfully installed PS, I, ID, DW, FW and Acrobat.
At the beginning, I received all the update without problem... and then, a month ago all the apps look constantly updated, without downloading anything.
I'm not getting updated.
When (this month) I received an email from Adobe with the announcement of new features added in PS / HAVE / Acrobat, I looked in my version and none of the updates seem to be installed (for example: corners to live in artificial intelligence).
BUT all the upgraded applications.
Strange thing, but to the workaround to upgrade:
(1) I closed CC app Manager
(2) I uninstalled PS and AI and Acrobat (using app unistaller in their folder)
(3) I restarted the computer
(3) I re-opened CC App manager
At this point, all applications seem to be listed in the app Manager CC as already installed and updated... but they are actually UNINSTALLED.
And, since they are "settled", I can not even download this apps.
I try to uninstall and reinstall CC App and restart the computer. Same thing. All uninstalled applications look installed.
.. Now, I can't work without having to download!

If this does not help, please try to uninstall the creative Office Cloud app using the directions and the uninstaller available here: uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application. You don't need to uninstall your other apps, just the desktop application. Once the creative cloud desktop application has been removed by using the uninstall program, please reinstall according to these instructions:

In tools | Addons | Extensions, McAfee Scriptscan to Firefox 14.4.1 and McAfee Site Advisor 3.4.0 are apparently active, like the button disable is present.
In tools | Addons | Plugins, McAfee SecurityCenter 11.0.575.0, McAfee SiteAdvisor 3.4.0.135 and McAfee Virtual Technician 6.0.1501.0 even are apparently activated, because the button disable is present.
But when I click on "Check to see if your plugins are up to date", these last three McAfee components are 'plug-ins unknown '. The search button gives just links without end that I don't know what to do.
Silverlight 4.0.60831.0 (that I don't use, not even sure that it is / is), Adobe Acrobat 10.1.1.33, Shockwave for Director 11.6.1.629 (don't know what it is, either), Shockwave Flash 11.0.1.152 and QuickTime plugin 7.7.1.0 are all reported that up to date. I can't believe anything else is NOT up-to-date, as everything seems to be updated automatically. I know that RealPlayer or RealSomething just updated during all these misfortunes of installation.
Why Firefox doesn't recognize some components of McAfee in a single window and not in another? Why not recognize it all? My McAfee security (paid for and satisfying) is somehow disabled by Firefox? I am at risk when you use your browser?
The plugin check page acknowledges that some common plugins play the media on web pages and not of plugins added by as McAfee security software. So no need to worry about this. Just make sure you keep all your software up to date, especially software that deals with the access software and internet security (antivirus, firewall).

Trying to update CC, says updated installation but crashes to zero
When I click on the icon of the CC on my iMac OSX El Capitan 10.11.6 (end 2009, 12 GB of memory), the window appears indicating "The Update Installation", but it crashes it y to 0%. No way to force the app to quit smoking. I have installed Ps and Lr. Please send as soon as possible the Calvary!
