Tried to install adobe apps after renewal of the license but the creative cloud does not appear, the creative cloud set up has been successful, but when I tried to open it it was all white... no application at all

Trial of the creative cloud does not install
I want to try the CC before buying this expensive software.
I had a trial membership and got to the Download Center.
When I download one of the apps, I won't install.
First of all, I get an error message which immediately disappears.
Then the download continues.
I accept to run the application manager.
The installation seems to start, but ends with an error message like "Adobe application manager was not installed.
So, how can I solve this problem and try the software?
Interesting that I can't phone support during the installation.
I need to buy the app first and get my money back after support.
This way I can never try.

Please try and download Adobe Creative cloud instead of the Adobe Application Manager, use this link to download https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud. Please sign in using your Adobe ID if requested.
Restart the computer once the creative application of cloud is downloaded.

I followed the instructions for solving problems for the creative cloud does not not apps (Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application does not open or shows a spinning wheel of progress)but it still doesn't work. I tried to contact Adobe but I get more spinning wheels as the collection of information. I have reinstalled creative cloud four times and muse more times that I can remember. Creative cloud does not work after update

I've updated creative cloud yesterday. Now, the creative cloud does not-empty main screen... As the last stage attempted to delete all files in the OOBE folder. BUT:
Cannot delete all files: Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [username] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE, because Windows does not - ANEdata.db, fylesyn.db and opm.db.. .are open creative cloud.
But CC is closed - checked with the Windows Task Manager. PC is restarted twice.
What was my mistake? How is it possible to reinstall creative cloud?

close your application office cc and, if necessary, use the Task Manager to end all process of cc.
Delete these files.
First, close your office cc application.
then, rename the opm.db file by:
Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /users/
folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE and delete the file opm.db
Finally, launch your cc desktop application.

What is "Adobe XI" - Reader or Acrobat?
But, "Save as Adobe PDF" is a function of Word, independent of this Adobe software, you have installed.

Creative cloud does not show the apps that I've installed, instead shows PSCS6 and install, I already have LR5 and bridge and used PSCC2014
If you are using windows OS, click the gear icon and exit Creative Cloud App
Then right-click on the creative cloud desktop shortcut and choose Properties.
Then click on the Compatibility tab
In compatibility mode ' ' make sure that ' run this program in compatibility mode for "check-box is disabled."
If it is checked, uncheck it and click on apply, Ok. Then launch Creative Cloud application and try.
