Creating cloud App says my CC 2015 apps installed are up to date, but there are actually new versions.
Installing CC on a second computer properly updated the same apps for newer versions so I'm confused. I tried to uninstall and reinstall CC app but he still thinks that my apps are up to date. ' Check for Updates App "does not help. Has anyone seen this behavior before?

Please try clicking on ' Check for Updates App "under the gear icon in the desktop creative cloud application.
If this does not help, please try to uninstall the creative Office Cloud app using the directions and the uninstaller available here: uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application. You don't need to uninstall your other apps, just the desktop application. Once the creative cloud desktop application has been removed by using the uninstall program, please reinstall according to these instructions:

(1) uninstall Creative Cloud Desktop Manager:

I have used the cleaning of cloud Adobe Creative tool and still get an error message during the installation of Creative Cloud App. I have a Windows 7 Professional 32 bit OS. What else can I try?

Why do my Photoshop CC app missing? Creating cloud App says its installed and up-to-date
Exactly what the title says.
I was about to launch Adobe Photoshop CC today, but it seems to be missing. It does not show a spotlight search (it shows Lightroom which I also have).
Go to the Adobe Creative Cloud App says that CC Photoshop is installed and up-to-date. When I go on the site of re - download, it loads the creative application Cloud, says that it is installed and up to date and is not download.
Help please? Screenshots below. Let me know what I can do to restore my CC of Photoshop.

Creating cloud App work does not correctly
Creating cloud App is installed on my computer, but the window is empty when I open it. I use PS on Windows 10 CC. (If the information system in Photoshop says it is on Windows 8) All updates are underway.

I just bought a new Mac and transferred all over my old. I came across some problems with getting LR and PS and creative cloud app to load and work on the new. Finally got everything settled, but Creative Cloud Desktop App tilts my version of LR in "trial" when I have a paid-up photography subscription which includes PS (PS app is fine). Any ideas on how to solve this problem?
Make sure that you install products on a new computer, rather than transfer, copy, or restore them.
If you open an application that belongs to your creative cloud membership (CS6 or LR6) and you see a message indicating that you are running a trial. See this link: why app launch in trial mode/creating cloud app unexpectedly returns to the mode of trial?
If you updated to Creative Cloud 2015 and some or all of your CC applications show 'trial start or buy now' in the desktop app creative cloud, or if you launch any product of CC 2015 and the pop up displays a test message window, please check this link for the resolution:

Creating cloud App open and close / crash immediately.
Creating cloud App open and close immediately on the mac pro book.
There is no error message.
I just saw icon cloud on the bar at the top for a few seconds and disappear from it and nothing happened.
What I did:
- reset and reinstal the CC App several times
- Uninstall CC App and run a cleaning of Adobe tool and clean CC App. Install it again
I still installed on Mac CS6 and cannot uninstall this time.

I found what the problem was.
Another application causing the cc crashing.
If someone using GROWL for Mac this application has a conflict with CC App.
I close this application and everything seems to work properly.

I installed creative cloud and downloaded several apps (InDesign and PhotoShop) for the free trial version.

Please follow the steps below:
1-force Quit the sub process in the same sequence as shown below from Activity Monitor: see, use the monitor activity on your Mac - Apple Support
- Creative cloud
- Basic timing & sync to basic support
- CC library & process CCX
- Adobe Common Desktop
- Adobe update daemon
- Broker CIB Adobe
- After that, everything that said adobe on it do a force quit for her
2 - right click on the Finder icon, then select the "Go-To" folder. You will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return'. ("Not to be missed ~ symbol")
~/Library (it will open the folder of the user's library.)
3. browse to the Application Support > Adobe > trash OOBE folder and folder AAM Updater
4 - CUT any installed security software with firewall system.
5 - go to: Apple icon > system preferences > Security & Privacy > General > "allow applications downloaded on" change that no matter where (to make these changes click the padlock in the corner at the bottom left of this window and enter your computer password)
These changes are temporary you can restore these changes back to normal once your creative cloud application is in place and functioning *.
6 - restart the cloud creative app and connect

(2) restart the machine.

I had many problems with the first cc 2014 so I reinstalled it and now it says that I can not open my project because it was recorded on a newer version. Is there something I can do?

It seems that after reinstalling, Premiere Pro no has not been updated to the latest version. Check your application creative cloud for updates. If she says Premiere Pro is up to date, try to update Premiere Pro through help > updates... option in Premiere Pro.

Creating cloud apps on Windows (using Boot Camp on a Macbook) has stopped working
So here's the situation:
I've been subscribing to creative cloud (CC) for a few years now and I have the 'apps' installed on Windows (using Boot Camp on my Macbook Pro). Why is it I am running Windows on a Mac? Because for various reasons I ;-)
A few months ago, I cancelled the subscription but decided to begin to subscribe again. That's when the problems started. Premiere Pro (which is the program I use most often) started to ask forlicensi ng/registration and registration from cc. whenever I started PP I to connect to CC with the result "Thank you for licensing/save...". "or something like that. The other day, I was in a meeting with a client to review changes in a project of PP and suddenly it does not help to to connect to CC. I am stuck in a loop where it says "thank you for the record...". "and then nothing happens. When I click on PP I sign again and so on...
I called Adobe support and when I told them I'm using Boot Camp on a Mac the first guy said ' it is not supposed to work on Boot Camp or virtual machines and if it works it is probably due to a bug in the software '.
I google a bit on this subject and can't find anything about supposed to CC to work with Boot Camp. When I was persistent and told them that they really help me because I'm in a hurry and that the customer is frustrated he actually hung. I called support again and this operator says 'We have no instructions on how to help users with problems in Boot Camp'.
I tried PP uninstall and reinstall, but still get stuck in the Sign-in-loop. Could this something in the registry that I need to change or remove?
I installed PP on my Mac OS without any problem. The thing is that I guess I can't open old projects created on the installation of Windows of PP.
Any help on this would be much apprechiated.

Looks like the Support of Adobe has solved the problem. I called the third time and this operator is out of the box.
I had to delete some folders (PCB Adobe, Cache SL, SL Store), and then start any application as administrator (Windows) and log in.

Creating cloud App does not seem to be updated itself
I am running Mac OS El Capitan on my rMBP. Such, 26 January 2016, my creative cloud app version is 3.4.1.181 which, according to the release of these notes are released on 26/11/2015. Release notes for the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application
- There has been some updates since then, for example 3.4.2.187 on 11/12/2015
- Office Manager has not get up to date, despite her "always refresh app" checked, and I'm the only administrator account on this computer.
- Director of office notified me on other updates app for the PS, InDesign etc.
Is there some updates it downloads not, or if I have a problem how can I fix?

Ideally creative cloud update should be installed itself. But for some reason if it does not update itself you can uninstall the creative cloud desktop application and install again.
