After being on the phone with Adobe for more than an hour, I downloaded the creative cloud, with lightroom, photoshop and illustrator. It took about an hour to install the applications. Now my creative cloud does nothing when I click on it. It's just a blank white screen. I need to work for the school and have spent hours trying to figure it out. Help!
Try with the steps mentioned below:
N ° 1)
Launch the activity monitor and force them to leave Adobe all processes as creative cloud. CoreSync, AAMUpdater... etc.
Step 2)
(1) right click on the Finder icon and select 'Go - To Folder' option.
(2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. ("Not to be missed ~ symbol")~/Library
It will open the folder of the user's library.
(3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe > OOBE. Open the OOBE folder and Opm.db bin file.
Once you had trashed Opm.db file, restart the Adobe Creative Cloud app and check.

I can get all the way up to installing desktop creative cloud application stage but when it downloads and I click on it nothing happens... I downloaded this earlier on my computer and it worked so I don't know why it's not open this time
Right click on the file setup.exe to creative cloud and select Properties.
If currently click on the unlock button.
Then right click on setup.exe creative cloud and select the option " run as administrator" and try to install again.

can not open creative cloud app
Yesterday my lightroom autonomous 6a refused to open (MAC OS 10.01.5). I you the initial splash screen. I have tried rebooting several times and even upgraded to the latest version 6.2. After reading countless threads and messages across the internet, none of the solutions posted seem to work. I downloaded the app creative cloud but that will not run. I deleted all the files in the OOBE folder and, the first time I tried, helped a little and the app has attempted to start, but only a white screen came up. Curiously, my old version of Photoshop will not work as well (CS6) has nothing to do with the creative cloud (or so I thought). ideas?

I would like to know if there is an add on that will allow you to open a new indesign document version in my version of CS6?
Instead of asking the customer to save a copy to the interchange format?
I thought the upgrade until I found that you must still pay for this software.
I'd rather pay once and use the software as the CS6 version.
Compatibility will depend on the application. InDesign example must be registered via IDML. But it will be the responsibility of the Creative Cloud user to take care of that for the most part.
For InDesign, Markzware has a new tool: http://markzware.com/products/markztools/
I suggest you post in the different instances of the application to find the details on compatibility.
Do not forget that the creative cloud will become more inconsistent with the CS6 and earlier versions, as time passes and the features are added to the software.

Impossible to reach on the Adobe servers when opening creative Cloud

Thank you, Jeff. I'm the only one using CC, so it wouldn't make sense for us to create an entire deployment package. But you have made me think that we changed something on our end that could block me to go to CC. I wish I could remember what setting I changed with Adobe technology that it opens.
WOOHOO! I thought about it and I remember now the setting as the technology of Adobe and found it blocked. We had a proxy server configured for web traffic filtering, but it's gone. I unchecked, and walla, I'm good.
