I just bought the app for photographers creative cloud when I try finally connect with PS CC, I received an error message that says "no detected subscription. I don't really know how to solve this problem, I used my Adobe ID to connect several times and it just still the same message.

Hello, I have problems with Creative Cloud Packager. I bought this product yesterday and since then I can not download completely all components. 59% or 65% of the download I get the message: "connect to the internet and try again." I am connected to the internet through Ethernet, I checked my connections through various steps recommended buy Adobe to see if my connection is correct and he is!, so why I can't complete the download process. Premiere Pro CS6 download creative cloud. Says "the file is corrupt.
I had a nightmare 48 hours period. My final goal is to take my four hours of edited video and burn it to a DVD through yet. That in itself is a chore, that I will not go. But train trying to get everything to do that I have installed and uninstalled Prem Pro CS6 several times and most recently ran the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool. On my last attempt to download CS6 creative cloud, download failed because he says the "file appears corrupt." Ugh. He said to wait and try again. I waited an hour. Logged off and turn it back on for creative cloud. Looks like what he "remembered of ' me because it won't let me even try again.
'Aid' he mutters defeatedly. :-)

Huge problems with creative cloud. I have a VIP account, 5 licenses. Everyone knows the app crashing. As a result, I lost a huge document that could potentially cost the company of thousands of pounds. (Fortunately, I had a pdf) the file is now completely corrupted.
