  I have a requirement to use AD as a trusted source and the target system the zero days and 1 for a transitional period.  We have 18 applications to integrate with OAM for SSO.  Currently, the authentication and authorization of these applications are made via AD.  However, the client wants to move to the use of LDAP in goal SSO.  The first phase includes 3 apps on the 18 apps.

  Day zero, I use AD as a source of confidence to push users to IOM.  Then, I run AD as a target system to link the user to their existing AD accounts.  Their ad groups will also be reconciled by IOM.

  Because there will be a transition period and the customer would not have to change the process of assistance to creating accounts AD (for internal and external users), they asked that we continue to allow accounts AD to reconcile with IOM in the trusted source and target system.

  I have not used AD connector as a reliable source.  I intend to source AD done trust reconciliation to run first, then the task of reconciliation system AD target to run then.  It's the same AD connector.

  This can work as long as the customer wishes until they want to spend to IOM for the creation of the user and accounts AD commissioning through the access policy.

  Is this sound ok you?  There is a "witch hunt" I didn't think?

  Yes, you can run the recon trust first and get all the identity created by IOM.

  Later, you can run the Scheduler for recon target for linking AD accounts with user profile of IOM.

  Note: There is a field in AD IT resource in need of update if you want to switch between the target and recon trust.

  Research of configuration:

  This parameter contains the name of the lookup definition that stores configuration information used during the reconciliation and commissioning.

  If you have set your target system as a resource target, then enter Lookup.Configuration.ActiveDirectory.

  If you have set your target system as a reliable source, then enter Lookup.Configuration.ActiveDirectory.Trusted.

  Default value: Lookup.Configuration.ActiveDirectory

I need to have 6 computers to access these programs at the same time. From what I understand, a regular license allows only 2 computers access the cloud.   I'm currently trying to generate the sample application TUHRA2 as described in "Oracle JDeveloper 11g Handbook: A Guide to Oracle Fusion Web development»
  At a point (page 759 to be precise), I am asked to drop a Collection drag Source in a table and setting the action property as a 'COPY' and the ModelName as 'empImagesModel '. The problem is that this component has apparently ceased to exist in JDeveloper 11.1.1.2.0 and JDeveloper 11.1.1.3.0.
  What should I use instead? "I had a look at the component called simply""Source" Drag ", but this component is not a property ModelName. Any suggestions?

  I know one thing to get your links to always open in a new window:
  1. Right-click on your desktop, select new, then shortcut
  2. Type "" C:\Program may Explorer\IEXPLORE. "." EXE" and click Next
  3. Name the shortcut (for example: Microsoft Home) and click Finish
  4. Right-click on the new shortcut and select Properties
  5. In the target box, arrow over until the end of the path, add a space and add -new (WEBSITEPATH). When your finished, your path should look like this:
     "" C:\Program may Explorer\IEXPLORE. "." "EXE" - new www.microsoft.com
  6. Click OK and try it!

  Is someone can you please tell me what that fields "Entity synonym Source" and "Synonym of target entity" in the dialog box properties of relationship are for? They are drop down boxes and look as if you should be able to select from the list of synonyms put in place for the entity in the properties of the entity dialog box.

  If you right-click on an entity on the diagram object, then select Create Synonym in the drop down below, another entity object will be added to the diagram of the same entity.

  The fields "Synonym of entity Source" and 'Target entity synonym' in the relationship properties dialog box allow you to specify which of these multiple representations is connected to the relationship on the diagram.

  I'm new to this tool. I have a few basic questions. I based my research, but could not find a clear answer.

  Can I connect to a relational table as source and target for an application of FDM. Relational source isn't eBS or other applications, just a relational table. I would like to load the same data from a relational table to another table using FDM. I'm looking at the wrong tool? Should which adapter I use? ERPI source adapter is? Which adapter target?

  If you're new to this tool, you should know that FDM won't 11.1.2.4.

  It is replaced by FDMEE which is already available in 11.1.2.3.

  In all cases, you can extract data from relational db by using a script of integration. FDM doesn't load data to a target database not Hyperion EPM but you he could get it works using the custom script.

  I have 300 GB local disks on some of my hosts connected to our SAN.  I would like to take advantage of this local space for models and ISO files.  I intend to install the iSCSI Target Framework (tgt).  My question is...

  If this CentOS VM that turns our iSCSI Target just plug the local disks on VMFS or should I try to present the local disk as a RDM (Raw Device Mapping).

  Since the machine will use local disks, vMotion and anything that is out of the question anyway, so I think this could be a good situation for the use of RDM.

  I would use VMFS for this. You will have more flexibility with VMFS and RDM the local approach seems to add unnecessary complexity.

  I installed ESXi 3.5 with success to an old IBM eServer in my lab.  I used VMware-VMvisor-InstallerCD - 3.5.0_Update_4 - 153875.i386.iso.

  I was also able correctly to install "The VMware Infrastructure Client" on another system and use it to create a virtual of Windows 2008 machine.

  1. I would like to have the same capacity on the server that I now remote, but I don't know which product should be added and how you actually add it produces.

  2. in addition, I don't know if I even installed the 'good' version of the server. I hope that I have installed a version that I can continue to be used for an unlimited number of times. If I didn't, then I would like to know what version of VMware for my server, I should install so I can continue to learn and test with falling on "your evaluation has expired."  It took a while to get this set up and I don't want to keep doing this over and over again.

  3. is there any place on the VMware site which has represented product relationships? Who has drawn different platforms?

  vSphere is really a marketing term used in references to the VMware virtualization platform the datacenter version - it refers to the suite of vMware products has just published including ESX 4.0, ESXi 4.0 and vCenter 4.0 and other parts.  The previous version had a similar title Virtual Infrastructure 3 or VI-3 referring to the software suite consisting of ESX 3.x, ESXi 3.x, Virtual Center 2.x and other parts. VI - 3 and vSphere have their respective customers - the vSphere client can be used to manage vSphere components while the client VI-3, Virtual Infrastructure Client (VI Client) can only mange VI-3 components. Now with this base I will try to answer your questions

  • If you are using your server ESXi 3.5 vSphere client is part of an environment of vCenter vSphere - because as part of the upgrade [to vCenter 4.0 can handle a server ESXi 3.5 -

  • It is not a tool open source I know to be taken in charge or not supported.

  • The platform of the last and largest is the line of products - ESX, ESXi 4 and vCenter 4 vSphere 4

  • The best free platform is ESXi 4 - this is the State of the art virtualization platform - it is available for free, but you'll still have to record it with VMware to get a valid license.  VMware has also a hosted virtualization platform that turns over operation called VMware Server - but ESXi has a higher level of performance-

• NetWare as a iSCSI target

  This problem is only a 'play' perspective (I'm experimenting with aspects of the VI3 before my VCP exam)...

  I am trying to use a NetWare 6.5 SP4 as an iSCSI target server. I have created the partition and can see the iSCSI SAN in vCenter, but after that it calculates the disk partition and tries to create the VMFS data on that store, it throws an error:

  Cannot open volume: vmfs/volumes / & lt; hexagonal long number & gt;

  There is no error message on the NetWare server.

  Any idea what would cause this? I'll try FreeNAS instead, but it will annoy me!

  Been there, tried...

  NetWare will not work as a target iSCSI for ESX as it lacks support for iScsi RESERVE/RELEASE commands. With all those, ESX cannot use the target.
