  No, Muse is unable to do so. If it were, it might be "mucking around with JavaScript. And at a very general level, this is just a terrible idea.   Looks like you have another program that is running in the background. Google Maps made this for me - it did not close down. To fix this set your homepage to a site that you would not normally visit - doing nothing, so go back to your normal home page and reset it again. Problem should be gone - but I avoid Google maps now because I don't want it to happen again. However, Google Earth is very well.

  Without seeing the code, it is more difficult to explain.  But basically, if you look at the code just change the href attribute on ' # ' instead of the linked page.  The problem should be solved.

  In the last few days, Firefox has had many problems.
