  For any file that I did a right click to view properties--> select Details tab--> click on "remove properties and personal information. I do not see the Remove Properties dialog box will appear. I restarted my laptop already, but the bug does not go far.  Tried to ask for help from my laptop to the manufacturer and they told me to reinstall the OS, I did.  But the bug is still there.
