• Problem with 'open with' records not of programs on external hard drive

  Hi - I have several large programs installed on an external hard drive. Previously, there were no problems with the program and files associated with the other. My computer had to be rebuilt recently and all re-installed with the exception of those programs on the external hard drive. My files get recognized by windows - when I am asked to browse to find the program and I select this program from the ED - windows will not add to the 'open with' list of programs. I don't see what the problem is and a little lost. If anyone can help I'd be really grateful, as I have quite a few files that I have now correctly open questions.

  When you install a program, two things happen: the program get

  It is set in the registry and elsewhere in \windows (there are
  an occasional exception, but usually only with a small single
  programs).
   
  Thus, when Windows has been reinstalled, all these many pointers, settings,.
  and references to it in the registry and elsewhere in \windows
  have been lost. Programs cannot operate without them.
   
  For this reason, separating \Windows and installed programs
  (especially on an external drive) is a bad thing to do.

  I'm using windows vista and have a strange problem with the "Open with" menu

  When I click on a file and select 'Open with', the program I want is not shown on the list of programs. so I click on "Browse" and find the program I want on the program folder files, but the very fact that it does not appear on the list of programs in the "Open with" menu.

  The program works normally, I can open the program and click on the file-> open and choose the file I want, but it is easier and faster to double-click a file to open the program...

  I'm having a problem with compressed (zipped) folders. I'm unable to create brand new. Maybe it's because the function "open with...". "for compressed (zipped) folders is not set correctly, they still appear as programs Adobe instead of compressed files, which makes them unable to open or run. • Problem with website Source NAT Site policy

  IAM facing issue with source based nat in Site-toSite VPN configuration.

  We want to access the remote site server 10.67.1.5 from my main server 192.168.210.224, my 192.168.210.224 server need nat with 10.66.102.178 to go to the outside of the remote site. We have done below the configuration and VPN pahse1 and phase 2 sets up very well, but we are not able to access the remote server 10.67.1.5. Phase 2 set up and only the packages are not wrapping decapsulating. Remote site is seen VPN ending the router and the phase 1 and phase 2 implements.

  There is no configured nat exemption. Appreciate urgent help to identify the problem...

  Hi, when I installed everything first to lightroom, I open images directly into a folder with a right click on the image and choose 'Open with' option. Lightroom is a program offered in the list. After update of lightroom, the program is no longer in the list. I could manually choose the path and the exe file, but it still doesn't work.

  I found somewhere on the internet a solution where we had to change some paths in the registry for lightroom and delete the other values. He worked thereafter (apparently, the values in the registry is not updated during the update of the programme). When I switched to lightroom 6 is the same thing (can't directly open images more). Unfortunately, I didn't copy the page with the solution and I can't find any more. Anyone know how to fix this?

• Impossible to share media with the XBox 360

  Original title: sharing windows media player files options are not available. I click on file share (not icon) and it times out. This option is then to cancel. By clicking OK, does nothing. Any ideas?

  So I read on several sites, including microsoft, that media windows 11 jointly with windows XP THAT can enable file sharing. However, when I go through the steps, IE open Windows Media Player > library > media sharing, there is not all the icons to select share with. I can click the file sharing box, and then click OK. But nothing happens so I end up having to close/cancel on the file sharing window.

  BTW, I'm trying to share with my XBox 360, which is to connect to the local network on my network router WAN.
