OpenGL create fails texture
Hi, I wrote an application to display pictures with OpenGL ES 2.0 and Android APIs. But trying to create a texture of my loaded Bitmap, the GLSurfaceView shows just a black rectangle. The rectangle has the same proportions as my loaded image, so I guess that, only the color of image data are missing. Application of a shader with the texture, I can change the color (for example in a white rectangle). Therefore: - GLSufaceView - works. -Shader - work - open InputStream and get a picture - work the only thing in the middle is the texture to create call. I follow the example android, see here: http://developer.android.com/resources/samples/ApiDemos/src/com/example/android/apis/graphics/GLES20... Can someone help me? Did anyone have experience with OpenGL ES 2.0 and upload texture on Playbook? Is there a good way to debug the application? Currently I use AlertDialog for information. How can I get the LogCat messages? Thanks - Robert
The texture should be square and the width and height should be something of a power of 2 (= 1024). Sorry for the confusion.

I can't watch DVD: error message - create failed overlay
When I put a dvd in I click here to read on DVD Win. A message just create up to failed overlay. Low resolution of the screen or color depth. I tried both of them, but it makes no difference. Any ideas?

What OS was installed on the laptop you. Are you using the W2k?

Signatory of bar - Debug tokens, create fails, import does nothing
In Eclipse, Preferences, BlackBerry, BlackBerry SDK tools, Bar signatory both create and import fail (in a slightly different way). It comes with the new tools of 1.3 released this week.
Create has always been broken (for me both v1.2 and 1.3 tools), where it still shows the certificate of loading error: java.io.IOException: key topic, java.security.InvalidKeyException: invalid key CE.
Advice on another forum entry, work-arround is to manually create a debugging token using the blackberry-debugtokenrequest tool. This process with an import, worked under Tools v1.2 (at least once). Now with a new device I created a new token of debugging with the new device ID and he gave a new file name. When I try to import into. I get the 'in progress' for about 5 seconds operation"and then the dialog box disappears and information has NOT been added to the list of tokens of Debug (so I can't download the token).
During the process, I have only the new attached device (a Dev B device with active debugging). I use Windows 7 x 64 SP1 with Eclipse SP2 Indigo and BlackBerry taken into 1.3.0.201209131728, Java 7 update 7. I have all the latest update in Eclipse. Good idea. I couldn't find any 32-bit command-line tools, but I just copied the files in the 64-bit directory in a folder in the "Program files (x 86)" assumming they run in both modes. I managed, but I don't know if the "32-bit" operation makes no difference. I came across the same problem as before, but I understand an alternative that worked as follows. It is a different process as described in the documentation.
Start with a token created debug created via the command line utility (blackberry-debugtokenrequest) for your specific device (in my case, a Dev Alpha B). Have the device connected via the USB port and within the parameters of the device, secuity, Mode of development.
In the Eclipse-> BlackBerry preferences-> BlackBerry tools-> target. The (default) usb item should appear in the list. Select it and then press the button of Details Token debug, and then select Import. Point to the file debug token you already created. Once completed, he must invite to download the token to the device, I did. Success at last!

the system image create fails with the error e/s
error message says to run CHKDSK/r on source/target volumes. CHKDSK found no errors. create system image still fails with the error e/s.
NOTE: I've been running this process for several years without problem. This problem is placed right after the application of all the new updates/patches to the system.
Found a solution that works...
format receiver volume, take him and start the system.
recharge the receiver volume, then create startup system image.
It worked until the end without I/O error message.

I updated the drivers for my graphics card and you change the setting in the display driver for After Effects use the graphics card for OpenGL. Even in this case it gives the error Setup has no OpenGL.

I love watching the lighting and contrast in the movie posters,
I would like to know how to create textures and texture effects I see often on movie posters, which seem more hyper made realistic than nature, still convey the character very well skin, I have also attached a cover of wii games to show the hand texturing,
My guess is that it's done with the right give modes and texture brushes, do not know how to create this subtle grainsand looking into the skin, or what is a very good camera that captures the skin in detail then applied to the skin texture, contrast? benjamin button seems to have a grain for its halftone,

Failed to create the external network
Hi all.
Well, I have deployed VIO with NSX. I created 2 virtual machines (instances) with 2 internal networks. I created router, plugged on both networks. Tried to ping of vm1 (int_net1) to the virtual machine 2 (int_net2) through router - everything works fine.
So, the next step was to provide access to Internet of the virtual machines. I try to create the shape of external network Admin-> Control Panel-> network-> network create system:
Name: extnet1
Project: MyProject
Type of network provider: dish (deployment master I chose NSX environment and VLANs separated to outside networks)
Admin State: checked
External network: checked
When I press the button "Create network" an error has occurred: ""Error: failed to create the extnet1 network '. " How can I create external network?
Thank you all for help. I solved my problem. For the future: you can only use "PortGroup" in Type of network provider. So when I chose PortGroup and set it to the external network 'dvportgroup-XX' have been created.

A glance online confirms this. So my question is, how update the master image changed the format VHD vWorkSpace wants to use and is there a way to assign vWorkSpace don't know this format?
I have widely in search of a solution to this line and not found anything it either, nor there seems a clear way in the vWorkSpace console to change that.

I suspect that you have created a snapshot on your model. It is not supported, if you delete the snapshot so that the .avhd is merged to the vhd/vhdx and update the model in vWorkspace again. If this does not work, you will need to delete the model of vWorkspace and then re-import.

As we have on our other cases, the normal cause for this error message is the broker can not access the admin$ or the disk where the virtual machines are stored on the server HyperV.

Question 1: pencil-ish grass blades are made with the pen tool or a trace of paint? They look very pencil-drawn as if it were just copied with a pencil.
Question 2: I see that there is a pencily or cloudy translucent quality to the leaves. I am aware of the opacity and masks, but they did not apply a certain type of stroke to create this textured translucency? It was done by hand or does it all done on illustrator? The techniques have such a quality handmade...

This looks like it could have been done with several techniques, but this isn't really something done in Adobe Draw.

You can also try Photoshop CC. (or BOTH: SEE below)
Here's something that I just doodled in sketch using each of the brushes. It was about 10 minutes of scribbling.
I've saved the project in my Adobe CC library (or send it to Photoshop). Each drawing is imported as a single layer, which can be assembled in a single PSD

How is the * auditor * configured?
You try to use a SID in the connection descriptor. The listener listen to this SID? Check the STATUS of the listener.
