  Safari maxes in a version of Mac OS x.  New version of Mac OS x would be needed for the new version of Safari.

  Firefox is not limited within an OSX and probably has a version that works.  Chrome may as well but is a Devourer of resources.  Opera is a third option.

  Access EAS is weird (a large part of the functionality of the EAS is weird).

  While there is no request for Regional service to be set to, the username in question must be created in the Shared Services to connect to EA.

  So:
  (1) create the user name in the Shared Services
  (2) if Essbase is outsourced, set the user name on the server and the app/db in question (not strictly necessary from a point of view EAS, but you're here, so why not?)
  (3) launch EAS console, connect to Services of Administration and you are out of the race

  If you do not outsource Essbase security (why? "You want to maintain a username twice?) you need not do the step #2.

  Yes, these messages always come with US, dates and times, no matter where your account is registered. As I know there is no way to "solve" it, just accept it.

  as indicated in the subject, I try to find a way to display the shared folder w / in the network of the company via web browser. is this possible? is there an easier way? I never been used FTP vi before any other vi or to deal with this situation, but I tool of web publishing successfully used to access from the front before LV remotely using "web publishing tool. BTW, im using LV 8.5.1.

  My goal for this is to let our boss to have quick access to data from excel files (w / "s" because many excellent report file is generated daily data updates) lay in the remote computer (this computer runs the LV program and we can view its façade remotely via web publishing tool (, but I also need to consult the file on this computer that contains the files). That's why im finding a way to access a specific excel file, but a specific folder. of course, we can access the folder through "my network places > entire network > microsoft windows network" If the folder is shared, but our boss is a lot easier if we LV programmers can create a button to lead automatically to the folder containing the files they need.

  I hope that someone already dealing with that can shared their solutions.

  problem solved...

  just to share with others who may encounter the same problem. the conflict is when opening a file from the remote computer (Chinese OS) w / Chinese characters in its file name with the computer that cannot recognize a Chinese police (English OS). I tried my VI (joint in the 5th msg) into the computer using the Chinese version of the OS (w / installed in LV) and it can open the Excel in remote areas with success.

  So I can change the OS version of the remote computer in English version to avoid conflicts in the future... in any case, here is the picture of the conflict. the attached VI before is OK...

BECAUSE a default if the wifi is enabled, then the web browser MUST use internet wifi network carrier for navigation. YOU TUBE, FB and TWITTER.com all use my carrier netwrok to open bt soon I open BBC.com or CNN or any other site the wifi symbol appears on the right side and so it uses the wifi network... and disappears when I opened THE 3 SITES you tube FB n twitter.

  My knowledge is that when you activate THE wifi network, the WEB browser is intended to USE the wireless internet, NOT the internet carrier

  Go to your service books and remove directories of service WAP browser in all directories of service WAP 3 I don't know the exact name, but all are related to the browser... WAP config something like dat... Just remove dem... .and HARD restart your fone... and try to use only wifi on your device with your carrier network off...

  mine worked... Let me know on urs... so now, the browser uses my wifi instead of my network provider when both are running...

  I have a problem with opening files .PS with adobe reader. I have Adobe Reader is installed on 2 computers, both are Adobe Reader 11.0.11. On computer 1, the file opens without a problem but on computer 2 adobe will give a file not supported / corrupted. I tried to look at the option of the two and they seem to be the same. I tried a reinstall both to see and after reinstalling PC 1 was still able to open the file, 2 PC now shows a white icon and windows needs to find a program to open the file. So far, I still find all messages about this problem and hoping that I'll find someone here who may have an idea of what continues.

  Well after doing some research, we found that a third part Postscript viewer has been installed on the PC 1. It's curiously names under the list of uninstaller so it crossed at the first glance. It seems that this convert the file and open with adobe reader. Thanks for reading and thanks for your time.
