  I use Firefox for ever and I am currently using Windows 7 64 bit. As far as I know, that nothing has changed on my end, but Firefox started running slowly after opening the windows of. How I usually use the program and have done for years, is to open pages in a lot of different windows and close them as needed. This does usually cause no problems and I can leave the program running for days at a time, works perfectly well.

  Last week however, something changed. Now when Firefox starts up first, it works very well, as expected, but then after a period of time, usually in a day, sometimes within a few hours, it starts sensational "gunked upward." At this point, when I try to load a page in a new window, instead of load instantly, there a second or two, during which I can not move to any other Firefox window, but all other running programs work very well. This State continues and grows slower and slower to load new pages, until I closed and reopened Firefox, then the cycle repeats.

  Again, this is a new situation, my normal behavior would not normally cause this kind of slowdown even after a week or more of continuous service. I ran a control of viruses and malware, without success control on either and other programs are not affected. I tried to restart as well, but the problem came back shortly after. I also turned off most of my modules, including those that have worked well for months or years, and still no change, it slogs always down after some time. My Firefox is also currently up-to-date, of course (27.0.1).

  OK, I put some time in troubleshooting and think that I thought about it. After going in and out of safe mode several times, I reduced to a problem with Adblock Plus.   I changed my pagefile to 385 x 385 and changed manage the use of mem for better for appearance to let windows decide what works best. So I changed my mini to the full kernel dump file. I tried to move the pagefile from drive c where I assume that windows is installed in the disc volume label box but there is only one disc in the box and it wouldn't let me do anything IE no response in the mouse. How do you add another drive for the drive volume label area? My computer is a stand alone im thinking what it would take to being connected to a network?   I'm using Labview 8.2.1 with Windows XP.

  I have a program that allow the user to select a file or folder through the file dialog box.

  For some reason that I do not understand when this dialog box is displayed, in another parallel while loop, execution time will slow down.

  Put on my Panel before LabView command file path without any code and press "Browse" button of file as indicated on attached picture_1 birng slow down execution of the penalty loop.

  Any body could explain why this problem occurs?

  By turning off on setting LabView tools ' file dialog boxes use native "(picture_2). the problem disappear. Unfortunately, this kind of old dialog is not practical...

  I finally understand why my acquisition loop Scanback increases when I use the file dialog box.

  It's because I have too much access (by reference) indicator on front panel as graphics.

  Avoiding the using references, scanback log up a few ms and down quickly.

  I'm using InDesign and Adobe Suite CC per day. Last week, I realized that after I open each file InDesign my cursor would turn into the image of the ball (loading) and would take a while to get him back to the normal cursor.   Try going in Edition > Preferences > display performance (Windows) or InDesign CC > preferences > display performance (Mac). Is the display by default (top) high quality? The typical display value.

Basically, I want to call the Web Service of IDS (located on another machine, perhaps), spend in the input file, the conversion script and retrieve the result under the WebService call?

  Navigation on the documentation, examples, etc. in the SDK, I couldn't see how the above can be achieved unless the client manages the transfer of files. Surely I must be missing something...

  What do you mean by POC?

  InDesign Server is too valuable (i.e. cost of the license) to waste his time with file transfers.

  For a smaller scale, letting a separate process (http or smb server) on the same server hardware files - InDesign Server providing access on the local volume faster.

  If you are planning for bigger, use a dedicated server for file sharing (at the choice of the SMB, NFS, or other), when the input files are prepared by the process of the client, so that your load balancing program can immediately point the next free instance of the InDesign Server farm to the file. In this case, be prepared for some trial and error - high-speed file sharing can be tricky with files written on one side not yet visible or incomplete on the other side, locking problems, filename Unicode trouble, unexpected time and so on.

  BTW, there is also a forum of InDesign Server which would be more suitable for these discussions.

  Try this.  Attach the file you want to open in your main PDF.  Now, to add a button and in the dialog box properties on the Actions tab, select go to a Page view and click the Add button.  A small dialog box will appear to the top heading create go to View - don't do anything with it yet.  Now, double-click the attached PDF file to open it.  Now click the set link in this dialog box.  In the main dialog box, you should now see in the action area-

  Navigate to a Page in another document

  Attachment file:PDF
